Welcome to Four Winds 304! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf-front corner unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and style for your beach vacation in Orange Beach. Perched on the 3rd floor, the condo provides stunning beach views and a peaceful retreat for up to 8 guests. Enjoy mornings on your private balcony or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a brand-new stove.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the sand. Hallway bunks are ideal for kids or extra guests, and the living room offers a sofa sleeper and access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sound of the surf. A full-size washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

We found used bandaids in my son’s bunk after he had slept in it. They did not belong to us. Our cleaning fee was waived. But I would not repeat the stay.

The condo was great and exactly as advertised. Some wear and tear, but well maintained. The fenced in baby pool was great for younger kids who couldn’t swim. You have a code to enter the pool area/beach which is a nice extra layer of security. Overall great stay.

Great Location

Pros: Great view, short walk especially with multiple little ones. Pool was nice to enjoy when the littles were stung by jellyfish and still wanted to enjoy the day. Cons: no locks on the doors

Dirty

We were unfortunately very disappointed with the condo. It was very dirty and definitely needs a deep, deep clean. It’s very dark and not bright at all like the pictures perceive. Dryer is very old and takes 2-3 times to dry anything. The sliding glass door is so heavy you can hardly open it. Vents leaked water all over the floors and are causing door damage in the bathrooms. Ceiling fans had over an inch of dust and dirt on them. Carpet in the bedrooms felt sticky and gross. Pool was very dirty and had poop floating in it. The hot tub was green. Will being staying elsewhere next time.

The condo was great! The pictures represent the condo well. A little out dated. Having carpet in the master sink area was little strange. The internet was really slow (less than 5mbps) which was tough for remote work. The elevator broke on day 5 of 7. We had to carry all of our luggage when leaving.

VERY NOISY

First of all it smelled like mildew when we got in the room and took a long time for that smell to go away, then there was construction going on literally on the wall outside of the master bedroom that they started every morning at 6 AM so there was ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEPING IN while on "Vacation"! Also the only trash chute was located on the same wall as the headboard of the master bedroom so every time someone decided to throw their trash away at any time of the night you heard every bit of it! The only weekend day we were there thinking we were gonna be able to sleep in and not have the construction workers banging on the bedroom wall there just so happened to be a dumpster service decide at 530 AM on a Saturday to come pick up the construction dumpster that was located in the parking lot right outside our room and spend over 20 minutes loading it up. The room was a little dated but it was ok, cleaniness was good but why did I have to pay a cleaning fee if I had to load and start the diahwasher and take out the trash? Wouldn't that be part of a cleaning fee?? Also we had to buy our own toilet paper. If you plan on staying here make sure there is no construction going on BEFORE you book! Also get a room AWAY from the trash chute or you will listen to this all night!

Condo was so clean. Had everything we needed. Nice to have full size washer and dryer. Easy check in and out. Bunk beds next to kitchen we good use if space just not good to let them sleep in as it was right next to the kitchen. But overall great condo.

Alabama was hot, but this condo was not! The AC worked so well in this condo, & was much needed with the heat in Alabama. Condo was clean, organized, & offer travel sized shampoo, conditioner, & lotion. The 3rd story was the perfect view. Nothing to complain about. It had everything we needed!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the third floor from Monday night to Sunday morning. Overall, our stay was very satisfactory. We had minor problems with the unit but they were fixed by maintenance in a very quick manner. We were annoyed at times, especially at night, from noises above us. The noises were like they were moving furniture in the living area. The third floor balcony gave us a nice view of the beach. We even got to see a few dolphins one morning!!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Upset

Would have been nice to know that elevator wasn’t in working operation. It was a struggle climbing stairs daily and especially with luggage and groceries. Thank goodness I did have my 90 ur old aunt with me. That would have been disaster! Probably wouldn’t book here again.
