The Space:

Welcome to Myrtle Beach Resort! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the second floor of the five seasons building, so it takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor along with a great bar and grill restaurant. All amenities are listed below.



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2026, the resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows:

- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December

- $100 per month during April through September

For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up one flight to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.



Family room: Enjoy the spacious area!



Bedroom 1: Balcony access and courtyard views from the bedroom! 1 Queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom 2: Hallway.



Balcony: Private balcony with a courtyard view.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machine down hallway just steps from your unit.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5.7 miles

- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 5.8 miles

- SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is about 6.8 miles

- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 4 miles



Getting Around:

Guests can walk anywhere on the resort. The complex has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

Routine Pest Control happens on the first Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
