Sunrise Villa est une maison luxueuse avec des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan Atlantique, la baie et le terrain montagneux de la Grenade préservée. La villa est magnifiquement conçue et meublée avec un salon ouvert, une cuisine bien équipée, une grande véranda et une terrasse pour profiter des vues spectaculaires de la Grenade. Les jardins sont magnifiquement aménagés avec une profusion de plantes à fleurs tropicales, d'arbustes et d'arbres. Il y a une petite plage à seulement quelques minutes à pied.

La chambre principale avec salle de bain privée s'ouvre sur sa propre terrasse avec une vue captivante sur la baie et la magnifique Grenade. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen avec salle de bain privée complète tandis que les troisième et quatrième chambres (une suite familiale) partagent une grande salle de bain complète. Une salle de bain complète supplémentaire est située près de la terrasse.

Sunrise Villa dispose d'une véranda extérieure spacieuse avec une grande piscine d'eau douce cristalline, sans produits chimiques, respectueuse de l'environnement. C'est littéralement comme nager dans une bouteille d'eau sans additifs chimiques pour endommager votre peau. Activités disponibles à la Grenade
La Grenade est une destination riche en attractions naturelles. Les belles plages sont l'un des plus grands attraits de l'île. Il existe de nombreux excellents restaurants et bars de plage où vous pourrez déguster un repas ou un cocktail en fin d'après-midi. La Grenade possède des récifs coralliens immaculés, idéaux pour la plongée ou la plongée en apnée. Profitez d'une croisière l'après-midi sur un yacht de luxe et arrêtez-vous pour faire de la plongée avec tuba en cours de route. Les sociétés de location de plongée proposent des excursions de plongée pour les plongeurs certifiés. Les conditions de plongée sont parmi les meilleures des Caraïbes. Une grande visibilité, des températures d'eau chaudes et des courants océaniques modérés créent un environnement de plongée relaxant et agréable. Les récifs sont spectaculaires. Les coraux durs et mous colorés abritent des masses de poissons de récif. Lors de plongées plus profondes, vous pouvez voir des pélagiques, des tortues, des raies et du napoléon. Le yachting est un passe-temps favori et il existe de nombreuses sociétés de location de bateaux proposant également des croisières.

Sur l'île elle-même, vous pouvez rester très occupé à explorer toutes les merveilles naturelles. Le lac et la réserve forestière de Grand Etang est une belle ressource naturelle située en hauteur dans l'intérieur montagneux de l'île. Les forêts luxuriantes abritent une grande variété d'animaux sauvages, notamment des oiseaux, des singes, des grenouilles et des lézards. Le lac est l'un des rares lacs d'altitude des Caraïbes et d'une beauté spectaculaire. Il existe de nombreux sentiers de randonnée différents qui vont d'une courte boucle de 30 minutes à des randonnées d'une journée plus longues. Il y a plusieurs installations sportives à la Grenade. Fantastic Dive Vacation

My wife and I, along with our friends from Alaska stayed at Sunrise Villa for 9 nights. We were more than pleased with our decision to stay at this location. The villa was very nice. Well kept and very comfortable. The pool out back was great. The view from the pool area made each day just that much better. Yvonne, who assisted us with the rental, and Theresa the onsite caretaker were both very helpful and were always there for us. They made sure we had a great time. The purpose of our trip was scuba diving and some time in the sun. Aquanauts provided the dive services for us. We highly recommend them. Very professional and always safety first. They made sure we got the most from our diving vacation. We tried a number of different restaurants that were recommended by our dive masters. We did not have a bad meal. They were all great. We did find that making reservations certainly helped as some of the restaurants were small and filled up quickly. We used a rental car during our stay. Coming from North America we initially found the driving conditions and style a bit challenging. It did not take long however to get into the swing of things. Once we got our directions down, it only took 15 minutes to drive to the dive shop and between 15 and 20 minutes to drive to most of the restaurants we went to. Having GPS is a must. The roads are narrow and not always well marked. We plan to return to Sunrise Villa again. We simply had too much fun to not come back. We highly recommend Sunrise Villa.

Amazing views that go beyond the photos!

From the word 'Go', Yvonne was highly responsive to any and all questions that we had - she was very helpful with our trip planning. Yvonne had arranged to have a driver (Ian Basptiste - check out Trip advisor) pick us up at the airport and take us to the Villa, as we arrived late. We would highly recommend Ian Basptiste to act as a tour driver and occasional taxi service. We used Ian as all the rental cars on the island were sold out - it was Christmas! The views from villa are amazing. Full stop! Because the villa is up a hill on the easterly side of the Fort Jeudy, there was always a breeze. This breeze was nice given the hotter and humid days. The wifi was very helpful, with very good speed for the island. my wife and I could use it for work, including a GoTo Meeting without a problem. Cable TV to both the living room, and a raised level TV watching area near the kitchen. Perfect when we wanted to watch different cable shows one evening. Plenty of space in each bed room, but we only used one. Closets and dressers to use. They also have a video surveillance system, which adds a level of security. The property overall is very well looked after, especially with the caretaker whom lives in the efficiency next door. The photos are accurate in showing the slightly different style furnishings, which work well together. All in very good shape, and comfortable. We went for a nice walk down to a little secluded beach. Great view out to a protected bay facing westerly. Soft black sand. Hope you will enjoy your stay. Brian Stacy.

Great location, spectacular views, wonderful house

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Sunrise Villa. The location is perfect, less than 20 minutes from the airport and St. George's and close to so much that Grenada has to offer. The house is spacious with four bedrooms, a large living area, and well-stocked kitchen. We had dinner and breakfast outside every day on the porch. The wind kept the pesky insects away. The bedrooms have air conditioning should you want but the fresh air and breeze is much better. Wifi works throughout the house, although service occasionally drops. The kitchen has just about everything you need to prepare meals. The pool offers great views of Grenada and the ocean, and the well maintained gardens are a treat to explore. Depending on when you go, the fruit trees may have some tasty treats. We enjoyed using some of the fresh limes. A lot of birds and lizards hang around the property. Be sure to go out to the patio on a clear night to enjoy amazing views of the stars. Valerie, who lives separately on the property, took good care of us. She was there to greet us when arrived. She respected our privacy but made sure everything was okay with the house. She can tell you a lot about Grenada. Yvonne did an excellent job communicating with us and ensuring all was in line for our visit.

Great Villa

My wife and I rented villas in different parts of the world in the last ten winters. The Sunrise Villa was the best. We have never stayed in a Villa with such breathtaking views and gorgeons pool. The Villa with the beautiful gardens and quiet neighborhood is on the east side of Fort Jeudy. It is well maintained, clean and we had everything we needed and more. Theresa, the lovely housekeeper was very helpful and was always there for us. The beautiful Island has many good restaurants, mostly on the wonderful beaches. We rented a car for our long stay. We did not have a problem to drive. Because the people are very friendly. Many thanks to Yvonne, she helped us with car Rentals. Much else to mention is already written in all the many good reviews. We had a fantastic time and we come back next winter. Erika/Toni.

Amazing Views March 2017

We go to the Caribbean every winter and we always rent a villa. Sunrise villa is one of the nicest villas we have rented. It is large clean and well maintained. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would need. The view from the back of the house was breath taking. We saw rainbows every day. One rainbow was so close we could see both ends of it. The pool was good size and enjoyed by all. There was lots of time to sit around in the sun and relax. Our son and his family joined us for a week. We went to the beaches and did some hiking. The water falls on the island are amazing. It is interesting island with lots to see and do. Many thanks to Yvonne for letting us rent her lovely home and Theresa the caretaker for welcoming us. Great villa, spectacular views

We had a fantastic time at Sunrise villas. There was plenty of room for our group of 4. The villa was lovely and the views were spectacular. Nice quiet neighborhood but conveniently located with a 15 min drive to Grand Anse or Georgetown. Theresa the caretaker, who also lives at the house was there for our every need. Grenada is an amazing place and is definitely worth discovering.

Spacious accommodations, Great Views, Good Times!!

My family of five recently enjoyed a 2-week stay at the Sunrise Villa. Very comfortable stay, spacious accommodations accentuated by a great floor plan. The exterior boast a plethora of views from multi-elevation island mountains to scenic bays to the uninhibited views of the Atlantic Ocean. The property caretaker Ms Theresa was great and helpful in every way!! Good times....

Phenomenal house

Once in a lifetime holiday we need to repeat!

On our arrival, it was clear that the photographs, though accurate, in no way capture the beauty of the bay or the villa. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and more and were able to enjoy splendid evenings out on the veranda and inside too. There was ample room by the pool for soaking up the sun and also resting in the shade. The gardens were beautiful and the breeze carried with it the scent of nutmeg and fragrant flowers. We traveled off season and so there was rain, but although torrential on occasions, lasted for only a few minutes and the sun came out as quickly as the rain started! It was really magnificent watching storm clouds travel towards us and disappear into the distance. The housekeeper was lovely, she seemed to know what we might need even before we did and was available to offer help and ideas at any time. We had an amazing time in and around Granada. The restaurants were fantastic and the people were very friendly. The Beach House restaurant offered beautiful views, and beach to stroll along and amazing food. The restaurant at Calabash Resort (Gary Rhodes) had a steel band, humorous but excellent waiters and food that was some of the best we have ever eaten. Sunday at the 'Aquarium was also an experience - barbecued fish or meat served at a beach side table was accompanied by music and to our delight the emergence of a hundred baby turtles making their way to the sea! We enjoyed the experiences of diving or snorkeling with the help of friendly knowledgeable and helpful trainers. All in all an amazing holiday which we would highly recommend. Just a note.. insect repellant a must!

Fabulous Villa, spectacular view

My wife and I go to a different Caribbean island every winter since 2000. Among all our island trips, we have never stayed in a villa with such breathtaking views - bays, mountains, ocean - all just beyond the expansive patio and crystal clear pool. The villa is located in a very nice, well-groomed residential neighborhood with lovely gardens, and it is quiet and secluded. It is very spacious, clean and well appointed. If you want peace, quiet and beauty, Sunrise villa is the place. In general, you will need a car to get around. There are two restaurants just a few miles away - Le Phare Bleu, and another on a ship in the Phare Bleu marina - but basically all the rest are scattered around the southern end of the island a good 15-25 minute drive away. Same for groceries. The island has many good restaurants, so there are always new ones to try out. Special thanks to Yvonne and Theresa, our hosts, as they did anything and everything they could to make our stay terrific. They could not have been kinder or more helpful.

LOVELY HOME, GREAT LOCATION, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS

We recently returned from a wonderful first visit to the island of Grenada. It is one of the prettiest Caribbean Islands we have seen to date. We travel a lot and enjoy renting a home instead of staying at a hotel. Choosing to stay at the Sunrise Villa was an excellent choice. The Sunrise Villa is perched on a hill in a very nice location. The property is beautifully landscaped. The pool is well maintained and having a caretaker on the property adds a sense of security. The pictures do not lie. The house is large and spacious- very nicely decorated. There are four comfortable bedrooms, each air-conditioned. The care taker was very attentive and did everything possible to make our stay a pleasant one. Our favorite part of the house was the large veranda with it's magnificent view overlooking the bay, the hills in the distant and beautiful homes nestled between the lush vegetation of the island. It's magical to sit there at dawn and see the day break or to listen to the night critters as they begin to sing at sunset. Getting around can be challenging, we therefore highly recommend hiring the driver. He was a joy to be with and a safe driver, who knows the island well. We thank the owner for being so gracious and for making the whole experience a wonderful one. This place ranks high on our list of lovely vacation homes.

Excellent Week in the Sun !

We had a fantastic week in Grenada. Sunrise Villa exceeded expectations - for once the pictures of the house did not do the place justice. The swimming pool was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and all of the facilities worked well - showers, air conditioning, fridge-freezer, oven. The living room area was spacious and the covered patio between this and the pool is a great area to pass the day. The only minor issue we had was the WIFI which was only available in one of the rooms. There is a housekeeper who was able to show us around when we arrived, which was very helpful. The owner was very responsive prior to our trip, which is always reassuring. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anyone !

Beautiful hilltop villa in Fort Jeudy

Our family of 6 stayed at Sunrise Villa over Christmas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was great...well-equipped, clean and of course, a gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean. The owner was fantastic to deal with, the on-site housekeeper was wonderful and our driver was super friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Grenada.

Gorgeous home/ Fantastic views

I have been to Grenada 3 times over several years and this Island is my favorite in the Caribbean. This past July I persuaded my wife and our close friends (2 other couples) to take a 10 day vacation to Grenada. I usually stay at the Spice Island Inn, however I decided to explore the possibility of renting a villa for the 6 of us. I knew that the area around Fort Jeudy was beautiful, private, and within 20 minutes of St. Georges and 15 minutes to Grande Anse Beach (top 10 in the world). After much research it was my good fortune to find and book Sunrise Villa. This is a beautiful home that looks like mother nature built it herself. Four spacious bedrooms, 4 full baths, a den with panoramic views, a large fully equipped kitchen, and an open space living and dining area that captures the sea breezes that circulate throughout the house. Although the bedrooms are all air-conditioned we preferred the sea breezes at night. The home is furnished with wonderful antiques and beautiful woodwork. The villa has drop dead views of the Caribbean, Atlantic, the Fort Jeudy Inlet and the lush mountainous rainforest. Tropical plants, palm trees and flowers surround the home. The large outdoor fresh water pool with wrap around deck and outdoor dining area is as close to heaven as this world offers. Many moonlit 75 degree nights were spent dining with our friends on this spot. The staff made sure that we had a most pleasant stay, from the property manager, the personal driver and the maid. The property manager makes sure all our needs were met, with clear instructions throughout the house with all amenities. Although you are not on the beach, the views are amazing and the walk is not far. There is plenty to explore by foot and by car. If not comfortable driving, the driver lives in the neighborhood and can drive you at your convenience around the island, to the store, etc. They will also guide you as to the best restaurants, beaches, trips, shopping, diving, fishing etc. My favorite restaurants were Le Phare Blue, The Beach House (fabulous), and Aquarium. Aquarium is on a white sand beach and serves lunch and dinner and has a lovely Tiki-bar. You can lounge the entire day away here. I would like to thank the property manager for making our stay such a pleasant and stress free time. We all plan to return ASAP - and several of our other friends want to join us - based on our enthusiastic conversations and our photos.

Relaxation in Paradise

We found a wonderful retreat. A gorgeous home at the "top of the world", overlooking the sea. We had a great time. Relaxation in paradise! If you're looking for a "true" get away--Sunrise Villa is the place! The Villa is spacious and elegant. It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, eat-in-kitchen, Den, large living room and dining room. It is a great place to relax on the porch, enjoy the infinity pool or have a dinner party. The property is well manicured and has many colorful flower beds. Lots of sun and warm breezes. A great place to vacation.

Relaxing time with close group of friends in paradise

As a close group of five friends we stayed in this wonderful place for about a week in June and had the most relaxing time ever. We did not want to leave the pool and the house itself because we had everything that we needed there, but when we did we found some fabulous (gourmet) restaurants within a short driving distance and in the daytime had a friendly local drive us around the island. We spent time at two of the gorgeous beaches (including Grand Anse), in addition to having fun shopping in Saint Georges and visiting the rainforest and feeding the monkeys. The views from the house are stunning from a number of different angles and the inside of the house is clean, comfortable, charming and elegent. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we ate outside on the porch overlooking the pool, with the view as a backdrop - very laid back. At night time when the lights came on the ambience was special, in particular when we sat on the lounge chairs with our cocktails by the lighted pool. For me, being a gardener, the highlight was the beautiful gardens surrounding the house. The pictures here cannot totally capture how lovely and colorful everything was. The owner takes great pride in the property and grounds and it shows. This was our first visit to Grenada for most of us and we all said that we would definitely go back again and stay in Sunrise Villa. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a quality vacation in Grenada. We did not seek to indulge in a lot of activities because we all wanted relaxation, but Sunrise Villa would be just as appealing to those seeking more adventure because most of the available activities are within short driving distances and one would have the thought of the georgous house to come back to at the end of the day.

The entire villa is rented to one guest group at a time with the rates quoted on 2 guests plus $500.00 for each additional bedroom used (double occupancy). This is very cost effective as you do not pay for unused bedrooms. For example, one or two guests renting the villa can enjoy the privacy of the entire villa at the lower rate. We only ask that you utilize the bedroom (s) chosen to keep the cost affordable. Additional guests must be included in the original booking (or prior to arrival).
