Nichée dans une colline tropicale, cette villa offre une vue exceptionnelle depuis la piscine, la maison et toutes les chambres.

Surplombant Clarkes Court Bay, Hog Island et l'exclusif Calivgny Island, cette villa a été construite pour votre plaisir.

Tivigny (disons «Tiv-in-ee») est une contraction de «Petit Calivigny», le nom de la région.

A l'origine, le terrain faisait partie de l'immense domaine de Calivigny. Des ânes, chargés de canne à sucre, descendaient le sentier menant à la plage et attendaient des bateaux.

Ces jours sont révolus, mais il y a encore beaucoup d'activité dans la baie, avec des bateaux de pêche, des yachts et des dériveurs qui vont et viennent. Depuis la véranda de Tivigny, vous profiterez d'une tribune pour le spectacle!

Our stay at Tivigny was wonderful. The house itself was perfect for our month stay in Grenada. The house was fitted with needed from the kitchen to the pool. Lounging in the pool and overlooking the bay was the highlight of ever day. Adding to the experience was the care that Dale, Yvette and Solomon gave to making our trip most enjoyable.

Wonderful stay at villa Trivigny

We loved staying at Trivigny - its a great villa with beautiful views and gorgeous gardens. We particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and small motor boat, but were a little disappointed that the sailing boat was unavailable.

Relaxing and scenic

This is a great fully equipped house that makes you feel right at home. Dale and her staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the limes and oranges that were fresh from the yard. The house and garden were very well kept. This was a dream vacation for us.

Amazing Respite

We loved our stay at Tivigny. Having a secluded house during carnival season was just what we needed. We were able to cook meals, make coffee in the mornings, swim morning, noon and night in the pool with breathtaking views. We rented a car and just note that the road is steep going into the neighbourhood where the house is.

Fabulous Honeymoon at Tivigny

Our stay at Tivigny was nothing short of incredible! This was our first stay in Grenada and it set the bar very high for all future trips. The property and villa are spectacular. We had a blast enjoying the pool and views. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped. The property manager was very kind and helpful as were the other staff on the property. We couldn’t recommend Tivigny enough!

We walked into the home and were amazed with the views. All of the bedrooms & bathrooms are large & beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything that is needed. We absolutely loved hanging out in the pool watching the pretty Grenada sunsets. We will be back.

A Beautiful Home Enhanced A Superb Staff!

The house is large, gorgeous clean with a pool you can actually swim in. The kitchen had everything we could’ve wanted. Dale, Yvette Solomon were as attentive efficient as any three people could’ve been. Only thing we would’ve changed is having Ricky ( driver recommended by the Villa) drive us around instead of renting a car. We’re in our 70s - driving in Grenada was not a good idea.

Absolute Gem!

This Villa is INCREDIBLE! The pictures do make it look very nice but they still don’t do it justice. The design is perfect - beautiful views from every window and terrace, every space has been designed with comfort and ease in mind. Location on the island is also perfect - just 15 minutes easy drive from all the best beaches, restaurants etc…and even the great hikes are only 30 minutes away.All the staff were wonderful - friendly, diligent, and helpful.Can’t fault this place even one tiny bit. 11 out of 10. Will be recommending to everyone I know.

Lovely home with spectacular views

We were two couples staying for a week. Much appreciated the two lovely master suites. The gardens cared so well by Solomon were beautiful along with great views and sunsets. Beautifully appointed house with lots of secluded spaces. Wish the common spaces were air conditioned like the bedrooms. It was hot! Great week exploring the island.

Loved our stay here at the Villa. Dale was great was ensuring that all of our needs were met and any questions we had were answered. Solomon the gardener is amazing. He takes such pride in his work and loves to show it off. Yvette was great and lovely to talk to. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future. 5 stars to Dale, the staff, and the wonderful house.

Feels like paradise

Tivigny Villa is a beautiful place to stay with spectacular views from every room! The layout is extremely accommodating and the infinity pool was amazing! Several cozy areas outside and around the villa to lounge and sit and eat. The gardens are lush and well taken care of by Solomon! We enjoyed everything about this villa! We would love to come back again! Dale was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you again!!

Perfect Caribbean Get Away

This was our first time to Grenada and we loved it. It exceeded expectations starting with the villa . This is one of the nicest places we have rented on VRBO. It is very clean and has everything you need. The view is breathtaking from every room, the property is immaculate and the pool is really nice-larger than most private rentals. We also loved exploring the island - Morne Rouge beach was a favorite along with Grande Anse, Mt Caramel waterfall, and a good variety of restaurants. Don’t miss Little Dipper which is right up the road. It was our favorite meal with the most personal service and beautiful view. We had the perfect stay and hope to do it all again.

Gorgeous Villa

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and maintained villa. Location up on a hill provides such great views. Dale, Yvette and Salomon are all responsive and helpful. Decor is lovely, pool is the perfect size, beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen is very well equipped. Yes, a short, steep driveway and a windy road down to the villa from the main road but it is a 15 minute walk if someone does not want to drive down the road. We kayaked as well but did not have a chance to take out the dingy. We did not have a car which ended up being a great decision as the roads are very windy, narrow and filled with impatient drivers. It was not difficult tho to get to St. Georges. We either used Ricky or Cutty's Taxi (Davis).

WHAT A VIEW!

We recently stayed at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The home is lovely and the view from the veranda overlooking the infinity pool was breathtaking. The villa was very comfortable, clean and met all our needs. The manager, housekeeper and gardener were great to work and very responsive to any requests. The only downside and not noted in the pictures, is the villa is on different levels except for the flight of stairs to the front door and second floor, there are sets of 3-4 stairs on the main level (kitchen, living room, laundry room), making this not the ideal property for people with mobility issues. Our adult children had a great time kayaking and attempting to catch those elusive fish in the bay. Better luck next time. Overall, a wonderful property that I would heartily recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Spectacular Villa

A beautiful villa with fabulous views over Woburn Bay and Hog Island. Dale ensured we had all we needed, including doing the initial grocery shop for us. The infinity pool was always the perfect temperature, great for relaxing in and taking in the views. We opted to forgo a car rental and used Ricky as our driver whenever we needed to go further afield. The island is steep and some roads rocky. The walk to Whisper Cove Marina for lunch or dinner is a short and steep 12 minute adventure :) There is small bar, Benji's just below the villa, close to the dock where you have access to 2 kayaks and a small tender boat w/outboard. Again steep road/path to access this. Everyone we met on the island was so friendly and helpful. Overall a great time was had by all!

The most amazing view

This property was everything it was advertised as. Yvette (the housekeeper) and Solomon (the grounds keeper) are ABSOLUTELY the best. We thought enjoyed the property. The trip was an opportunity for my husband to reconnect with his family he hadn't seen in 35 years. Although the road to the house can be a little challenging and the house is not centered around anything, if you have a good driver (find a cabby in the city) or rent a car if you are adventurous, you will be fine. We were there to relax and were able to order food delivery from their local version of Door dash. But the house is amazing. Oh and let us not forget the saltwater pool. Awww☺️ Thank you so much Dale for everything.

Perfect house with a perfect view

We had an amazing week at Tivigny Villa. Dale was really helpful in arranging the transfer from the airport and a rental car for us. Dale met us at the villa on arrival with the groceries we had asked for. The villa was absolutely spotless and Yvette visited three times over the week to keep it that way. Salomon looks after the beautiful flowers, plants and trees in the garden. All three are really friendly, kind and helpful. The house itself has two master suites that both have two balconies to enjoy the spectacular view. The kitchen is really well equipped so self-catering is easy. We also has some great meals out. The restaurant at Whisper Cove Marina was good to walk to at lunch or dinner. For a bit more upscale we also went to Calabash Hotel for an excellent lunch. Umbrellas on Grand Anse is also a good spot for lunch. We enjoyed using the kayaks in the beautiful bay. All in all a perfect house for a perfect stay.

Comfortable villa w/ wonderful infinity pool and views

This villa is very comfortable and well maintained by its dedicated staff who are extremely helpful. It has everything you need. A housekeeper comes about every 3 days, and a gardener regularly tends to the grounds. The downstairs holds a kitchen, dining area, and living area, one bedroom with bath, and also a laundry and a powder room. There are another two bedrooms upstairs, one for a couple and the other with twin beds. All the beds have mosquito netting— there were some mozzies present during our stay but it was manageable. Outside there is a beautiful, temperate, salt water infinity pool with a spectacular view of the bay beyond. When you exit the property, you can cross the road, descend to the bay, and take the villa’s dinghy with outboard engine out to snorkel the coral reefs. (We found anchoring a bit tricky so beached the boat in a small cove and swam out.) We rented a car for trips to the supermarket (IGA) which was about a 15 minute drive away, which also enabled us to try a few restaurants outside of the Lower Woburn neighborhood. A very relaxing getaway!

Good stay with some challenges

We loved our family visit to Grenada and would return. Villa Tivigny is a lovely property with amazing gardens and views. That said, we did have some challenges.There was some miscommunication on check in. We were apparently expected to contact the manager via What’s App but that wasn’t communicated to us nor were we given a contact number.We rented cars and drove ourselves. Grenada driving is not for the faint of heart! All wheel drive is highly recommended. The directions provided on the property listing do not lead you to the property. Tip: put “Villa Tivigny” into the maps app and that will help you find the property. Unfortunately, we had to learn this on our own.The home, while it is kept nice and clean, is showing signs of age and we had more than the typical number of challenges. The ice machine stopped working after the first day. We returned home the 2nd day to no power to the kitchen appliances. On the 4th day, we lost power to the outside lights and the primary bath on the first floor. The breaker box is in a locked room so all of these issues required that the property manager come over. On our 5th day the water stopped working. Management was responsive and got a plumber out quickly but it was still an inconvenience. The binder about the home is in need of an update and should be provided digitally ahead of time.We cooked most nights. The kitchen is very well equipped. Loved the kayaks and the Little Nipper. The sailboat was not really accessible.

Thank you for your review, We do apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Please allow us to respond accordingly. 1 Regarding the miscommunication mention our contact number is clearly shown on VRBO as well as the website. All of our guests have had no problems with directions, simply enter Tivigny Villa and you will be directed to the property. 2. Regarding the age of the property, it was built brand new from ground up in 2004 and has been meticulously maintain and upgraded since. 3 .The installation of our ice machine which is a new feature to the property has not been completed. Is is for this consideration that we have not featured it in any of our advertisement. 4.Regarding the electric and water comments this was caused from a power outage at Grenada’s main power station unfortunately the temporarily outage occurred during your stay but you experiences only affected your stay for approximately 2 hours during a 7 days stay. 5. As we discuss in details the sailboat is made available upon your need a request. We never received a request for its use although we inquired about your possible intended use on several occasions during your stay. In short our 50 plus reviews and our 9.8 rating out of 10 speak for itself.
