Hi Bob. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback — we truly appreciate it. We’re glad you enjoyed your time on the island and that I was able to help with the airport transfers, vehicle rental, and other arrangements. I’m sorry to hear the property fell short of your expectations in a few areas. Villa Beachcliff is a well-loved older home, and we’re always actively working on upgrades and maintenance to improve the guest experience. Having the Atlantic Ocean at the front, and the Caribbean Sea at the back is priceless for breezes and views, but it's a tough environment for villas. Regarding the water pressure and hot water, Grenada is currently under strict island-wide water restrictions, which have been challenging for everyone. Our large cistern and booster pump help, but during extended outages the pressure can drop more than we’d like.The good news is that Grenada is in the process of a major upgrade to the water delivery system which will greatly enhance availability of water in our area. Also, I should have been clearer in explaining that we have an on-demand propane hot water system that sometimes takes a minute or two to deliver hot water to the suites at the end of the run. I have already included this explanation in our "Information & Instruction" PDF we provide all our guests with at the beginning of their stay. The lack of air conditioning in the main living area is also noted. The design of the Great Room is “Open Door Living”, with wonderful breezes coming through the villa from the Atlantic Ocean. We have installed ceiling fans, and floor fans , and we’re exploring options to make the evenings more comfortable when the trade winds aren’t as strong. We’ll use your comments to prioritize these improvements so future guests have a better stay. If you ever return to Grenada, we’d love the chance to host you again and show you the updates.
