This was a great place and one with easy access to Lake Norman. The grandchildren loved the game room and we had a very memorable experience. This home is also located in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Amazing location and view. Loved access to the very nice boat. Ping pong, foosball, pool table, kayaks, lots to do. Brent was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay here. The house was exactly as advertised. The view of the lake and the dock were outstanding. Our family had a great time swimming off the dock all week. Everything was clean and comfortable. Brent was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house.

This place is a fantastic stay for a family getaway at the lake. Beautiful setting in a corner lot right on the water with a fantastic yard for fun games for all. Brent is also one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Provided great recommendations and answered a couple questions during our stay immediately. Would highly recommend to anyone headed to lake Norman!

Our family loved staying at this lake house. We loved having the dock for fishing. The kayaks, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and swing set were all great entertainment. The grill was great! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The host was quick to reply with any questions. My family would definitely stay here again.

Our host was outstanding—quick to respond, friendly, and clearly cared about making our stay special. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the location was great. The best part was the view of the lake and easy access to the water.

Great Location; Comfortable home

Our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first time. Property has everything you’ll need to enjoy a getaway lakeside week. Easy to get to and close to so much.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this property, the home was great, very clean, and accommodated all of us very well. Great lake view, the quiet cove was a great place to swim and kayak. Renting the boat was very easy, and we enjoyed the lake everyday on it. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Lake Get Away

We were looking for a place for our family to meet and spend sometime together. Lake Norman was perfect. There was plenty to do and the lake was fantastic. We had an excellent week with our kids and granddaughters.

Fantastic location and property

Home was great for large groups - tons of activities and space, and perfectly situated on the water. Also, check-in process was easy. Didn't end up using the boat, but looked to be in good shape and ready to use

We had a really great time here!

Place was really nice and super comfortable! We had 2 families and enjoyed sitting by the dock and using the fire pit! Our families also logged many hours on the arcade game! Lots of competitions for high score! Thanks for a great place!

Quiet, Relaxing and well-equipped

We had a wonderful time at Lake Norman and this property was the majority of the reason. Very nice and clean inside and out with wonderful lake views. The owner was responsive and easy to work with - check-in and check-out were a breeze. Planning another stay in the future.

Wonderful

Spent a week at this beautiful home with a beautiful view. My whole family had a wonderful experience. Having lake access and a boat to use was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend and go back for another family vacation. Owner was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with!!

Great weekend getaway.

My family and I rented the house for Presidents’ Day weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house is well appointed and the location is great. There are lots of things for the kids to when not out on the water. The dock is very nice and we rented the pontoon which worked out perfectly. Would definitely visit again and recommend the property to our family and friends.
