Downtown Escape - 5 blocks to Riverwalk
This is the rear unit of a brand new construction duplex in Wilmington's famous Historic District, less than a mile to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and just a few blocks to all that downtown has to offer. It has an open kitchen and living space, four bedrooms (one with a dedicated work area), three full bathrooms and is the ideal spot to explore the best of downtown! The entire duplex was just built in 2024 and is ready to host your group whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation!
This is a brand new home in Wilmington's Historic District--a rare find! This unit has a private entrance and can sleep up to 8 people. The interior is modern with an open kitchen and living space on the first floor, along with a full bathroom and a bedroom/office. There is a collapsible dining table and four folding chairs in addition to the four breakfast bar chairs. The bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle as well as a desk for a dedicated working area. The trundle can be raised flush with the daybed to make one larger bed rather than two twin beds. Upstairs you'll find a full bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms with queen beds along with a master that has a king bed and private bathroom. Note that the master bedroom sits directly above the bedroom of the other unit in the duplex, so please refrain from loud noises or heavy footsteps!

We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:
--Users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.
--Renters that are above the age of 21.
--Renters who are not bringing pets.
***There is no dedicated parking. There is free street parking that is available on a first come, first served basis. We know it looks like there's a driveway for parking, but please keep us on the Historical District's good side and refrain from parking there and park in the street only. Please lock your vehicles and take any valuables with you.
***The front living room wall is a shared wall with the other unit in the duplex, and the master bedroom sits directly above the other unit, which means you may hear guests below you if that unit is occupied during your stay. We’ve provided sound makers in the bedrooms in case this is bothersome. We kindly ask that guests in both units are mindful of quiet hours as not to disturb others. If guests in the other unit are being far too loud, please let us know and we will address that with them immediately.
***If you are bringing infants/babies, the units are NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is NOT secured to walls, outlet blockers are NOT included, cabinets/drawers are NOT locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests.
***There are many popular restaurants and attractions within a mile, including the Live Oak Bank Pavilion and all that the Riverwalk and Front Street have to offer. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out prior to booking.
