Conveniently located 5 miles from the Wrightsville Beach.!! Enjoy morning coffee on large deck along a beautiful patio set overlooking your own private Pickelball court. And watch your children playing in fenced in backyard. Great for entertainment!
There are five major grocery stores, plus Costco and Sams Club within 2-3 miles of the home. Large living room with comfy leather seating for 7 adults to enjoy the large screen TV or fire place. The four bedrooms have 2 King beds,1Queen bed and 1Twin. Two full baths on first floor and one full bath on second floor.

Great spot for a stay in wilmington

The place is very nice and good location for a weekend getaway with friends or family. Pickleball court was a great addition of course as you didn’t have to travel to go play. Plenty of stuff to do around the area as well

Perfect place! Highly recommend!!

This home was prefect for our family of 6. We all had our own space if needed and perfect space for time together. My mom had the loft part upstairs which was perfect for her to have her own bathroom and space. I would stay here again and again. Nice drive to the beach and to any other areas. And our host was very easy to communicate with which made it even more enjoyable.

Very accurate description of property. Owner is very accessible. Quiet neighborhood, well maintained. Very comfortable and close to food, grocery and beach. Highly recommend. Slept 7 perfectly!

We loved it

Place was just enough for us. We have stayed here before while visiting family. And we we will return again. Host was great and communication was good. She checked in on us to make sure we were OK very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home to any friends that are visiting Wilmington.

Sea Salt and Sugar Sands is the way to go!

We visit Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach every year for a family reunion. I think Sea Salt and Sugar Sands is going to be our first choice from here on out! The house was impeccably clean, decorated beautifully, and the layout is great. Two king beds is a touch that many don't provide but is that "a-ha!!" moment at the end of a busy day. My 13 yo LOVED the little studio (with shower!) up the stairs. He called it his "apartment" and now wants to renovate our home to be exactly like it! The location is great, close to everything we needed, and the owner's communication and hospitality were just top notch from the sanitized bathrooms to the "Welcome Family" chalkboard at the front door. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this house and ease of booking. BRAVO!! We'll be back!

Wilmington Getaway

This home worked great for our family. We were in town to attend a wedding and to visit old friends. The home was in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to both downtown and surrounding areas of Wilmington. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. House is lovely and has everything you need for your stay. The only negative was a dog near the property that barked at 3:30 a.m. for a bit every nite. If you’re not a sound sleeper it could irritate you. Besides that, terrific rental. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood

Five family members stayed here for a wedding weekend. The space is much nicer than the photos: high-end furnishings, super well stocked kitchen, fabulously comfortable beds. Everything was spotless, and communication could not have been easier. Would definitely stay here again.

In town for Soccer Tournament

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this house was perfect for us. It’s not real close to the beach, if that’s what you’re looking for, but we were not. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but again, didn’t bother us. And make no mistake we never felt unsafe… that’s not what I’m saying. The owner was very responsive to any question. All-in-all the was a clean, comfortable stay for us.

Graduation getaway

We were in town for our son’s college graduation. Everything about this house rental was seamless and easy. The home was beautiful, clean and anything you could need was thought of. The owner was very kind and extremely and promptly responsive. We will definitely be staying there again!
