The 53.62mÂČ property has a bedroom with a QUEEN bed with an EMMA mattress, a living room equipped with a 43â Smart TV with BOX TV and a DOUBLE sofa bed, as well as a balcony with a barbecue. All rooms have SPLIT AC (HOT AND COLD).
