Once Upon A Dream - as the name suggests, you’ll think you’re in a dream when you lay eyes on this high-rise condo featuring 180-degree views of the sparkling white beaches and vibrant blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: From October through April, guests may experience construction noise during the day and, at times, limited balcony access.



The Space:

Located on the 13th floor of The Summit Condominium Complex in gorgeous Panama City Beach, you’ll not only have beachfront access day or night but also a plethora of amazing onsite amenities to fill up all of your sunny days with excitement and adventure. Multiple pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna with steam rooms, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, fitness center, an onsite bar and restaurant, and so much more can all be yours! When you’re ready to venture out away from the resort, your location in the heart of PCB is ideal for exploring the area’s best attractions. Leave the car behind as you’re just a short walk down the beach or road in either direction to multiple shopping and dining destinations. Any golfers in your group? The Signal Hill Golf Course is right across the street for an enjoyable round surrounded by tropical scenery.



Head indoors into the bright and breezy condo, immediately drawn to the ocean views as you step out onto the private, shaded balcony to breathe in the fresh, salty air. Back inside, the living room offers plush sofa seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows in the rare event you find yourself with downtime. A chic dining room table can seat 4 for enjoying any type of meal, home cooked or taken out from a delicious local restaurant. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, while the ample cabinetry comes stocked with cookware and dining ware. All the comforts of home are here to assist you in meal prep and planning! When you brew up your fresh morning cup of coffee, the balcony calls to you again to enjoy it while you take in the views and plan your exciting day ahead.



The unit exhibits original art from a local artist. The bio of the artist can be found on the wall in the hallway adding to the uniqueness of this unit & care put into this peaceful retreat.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between 1 private bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bedroom includes a king size bed with fresh linens, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The home also includes a half bathroom.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- One set of seasonal beach chair service (available March 1–October 31) is provided per reservation.

- Per the Summit policy, max occupancy is 5 people for this unit.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.

- An additional $27 resort fee will be collected upon check-in at the front desk. Parking passes and five wrist bands for onsite amenities will be provided. Additional parking may be purchased based on availability.

- A 24-hour supply of household amenities is included with the stay to get your vacation started!
