Disney Vacation Rental 6BR 3.5 miles to Disney

This family friendly 6 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, south facing private pool home, just 4 miles from Disney, offers all the comforts of home and access to numerous resort amenities.

This welcoming home has 2 master suites, one with a king size bed and one with a queen size bed, 2 other bedrooms with queen sized beds, and two bedrooms with 2 twins beds. The spacious floor has a great room where the kitchen opens to the dining room and living room. Living room has a 60’ flat screen TV and DVD player, and has a slider to the private pool and spa that overlooks the conservation area. Enjoy refreshments on the covered lanai while watching the kids play in the pool, or relax on one of the lounge chairs while working on your tan.

Need to come in and cool off? The kids and adults will be entertained in the air conditioned game room that offers a foosball table, air hockey, and Sony PlayStation 3.

Great rental property on a lovely gated community. Clean, tidy and spacious with a very nice pool. Great location for getting to Disney parks and whilst Universal Studios is a bit further it's still easy to reach. The villa is ideally situated close to restaurants and entertainment. The pool, bar, games room, gym and cinema on the site is probably the best we have experienced on a gated community.

Great family vacation home!

We absolutely loved this home! We had 2 families, a total of 10 people stay in the home and we had room to spare. The pool and hot tub were great and the game room was a hit with the kids! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We had an issue after we left, forgot something at the house, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Orlando. Thank you again!

Family Orlando area stay

Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was as advertised and all the attractions were nearby. Communication with the property manager was smooth as well. We wanted to lower the AC a little bit more than the thermostat allowed, so I reached out to the property manager and a few minutes later, the owner contacted me. He was super helpful and everything worked out great! Thanks so much for helping make our family vacation worry free. And everyone loved the pool!

Family vacation in Orlando

This property is in such a great location to the theme parks! It was even better than described and the property managers were extremely receptive to any questions we had. The house was very big, had space for all of us and came with all essentials to cook, eat, drink, and swim. We are already looking to book this property again for another similar family get away!

We went to Orlando for a Disney vacation. My family and I enjoyed our stay.. this listing was accurate 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths
 it had 3 bedrooms downstairs with king/queen size beds which was great for the adults and 3 bedrooms upstairs.. check in was a breeze.. the pool/back patio was clean and refreshing.. the host also provided towels.

Summerour Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. The pool was a big hit. The owner was very responsive. The location was ideal for going to Disney and convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The movie theater at the clubhouse was a big hit and so was the splash pad and pool. The only complaint I have is that the burned out light in the master bathroom toilet room never got replaced. If we ever decide to go to Disney again, I will definitely book this house again.

Everything was just as advertised and shown in the pictures. Great place to stay for your family Disney vacation. 6 bedrooms offered our family of 11 plenty of personal space. The grandkids enjoyed the game room. Only request would be for the home to provide a gas grill. The pool was a great hang out space after long days at the parks!

New years get away

Owners were fabulous, even called us while there to check in and see if we needed anything! Weather was chilly while we were there, lived in the Hot Tub, pay to have it heated! Worth every dime! Great stay! What you see is what you got, No surprises. Would stay again if coming to Orlando area!

Smell

The house has a strong mildew smell that all our things smelled of when we came home. None of the game room things worked. Disappointing to our grandchild. It would have been nice to have a sponge or dish cloth to wash dishes. If you want people to wash a load of towels you should have at least one laundry pod instead of expecting people to buy a whole bag. We did buy our own and did do the laundry. You may want some basics such as coffee in the kitchen. I have rented many VRBO and this was the sparsest of rentals.
