The property boasts abundant fun—swimming, lounging, and more—ideal for families and friends seeking a picturesque retreat. The house features custom craftsmanship with a queen master suite upstairs and a cozy queen bedroom downstairs. The expansive living area doubles as a bunkroom with full/twin bunk beds and a TV lounge. The recently remodeled bathroom is conveniently located near the laundry room. The heart of the home, the kitchen, is fitted with modern amenities for delightful meals enjoyed in various dining spots, including an outdoor deck with breathtaking views, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail under the stars.

The home is complete with separate office space for two. Exercise equipment is available for adult use only and includes a weight set and bench and Peloton bike. A TV is set up to use while you work or workout. In this space you will find an additional fridge and freezer for extra food and beverages.

* Perimeter cameras overlooking yard, dock, driveways, and parking areas.
* Boat slip and lift are not guaranteed to fit guest's boat. Guests should inquire beforehand if they plan to bring/rent a boat and expect to house it in the slip.
* Due to high demand in the summer months, early check-ins and late checkouts are rarely available, even for a fee. Plan on booking an additional night before or after your trip if your group needs require you to check in earlier than 4pm or check out later than 10am. We are happy to provide them for free if they are available but don't know until the day of.
