This is a well-kept and appointed property. Very clean and a good location for our family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay at the property and will probably return again in the next year. A great home away from home and all my family truly enjoyed their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom/3 bath was perfect for our girlfriend’s trip. There were a few issues we brought to the management team for them to address after we left, but they did not take away from our enjoyment. Would definitely recommend staying at this unit if you are traveling with your dog.

Lagoon living!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa looking out on a lovely pond. Minutes to the beach and South Beach activities. We loved it!

Lookout Lagoon What a Great Place in Sea Pines

Lookout Lagoon is a very well maintained & appointed rental property located in the heart of South Beach in Sea Pines. The condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home while on a beach vacation. Beachside Hilton Head Island is a top shelf rental company communicating with you prior, during your stay. Making sure you are enjoying a trouble free vacation experience. Our family will be looking to rent from Beachside again and Lookout Lagoon will be our choice.

Family stay

Wonderful family stay for much needed relaxation during the holidays. The condo was very spacious and extremely clean. We also enjoyed the view from the back porch where we could see fish jumping out of the water and deer wondering around. Property managers were fantastic and very easy to communicate. I would not be surprised if we are back to the condo soon.

Walk to salty Dog & Pickle ball!

We loved this unit. Very well appointed, clean, and nice furnishings. We also enjoyed the back deck that looked out over the lagoon. We saw a ton of wildlife back there. Easy walk to the beach, the pickle and tennis courts as well as the Salty Dog. It was a perfect place to host me, my husband, and our grown kids. We would definitely rent again!Excellent communication from the management company was also a plus!

Lovely property

Lovely place - this property did not disappoint! Clean, nice location, responsive management and definitely the most stocked of all places we’ve stayed. Not able to use pools due to construction and painting but in good locations. Walk to beach and Salty Dog, tennis courts and pickleball. Little longer of a ride to mid-island dining and shopping but planned accordingly and it was fine. Hope to return!

Very Comfortable Home/Great Location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of four adults. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large with each equipped with a private bath, the common living areas were comfortable and well suited for movie watching and family game night. The deck overlooking the pond with amazing wildlife was our favorite spot. We enjoyed bike riding, walking to beach, walking to the Salty Dog, and playing golf. The rental staff was very responsive and was very good at keeping us informed on the entire process. We would highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be back!

Peaceful getaway!

The communication was excellent from the time we booked the villa to the time of departure. The photos accurately depict the property - what you see is what you get. Ample parking was available. The neighborhood was quiet and well-lit at night. The villa is a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and the beach. The villa was nicely decorated. The videos provided by Beachside Hilton Head regarding pick up of the Sea Pines parking pass and entrance into the villa were extremely helpful. The welcome packet was also appreciated. My husband and I along with our dog Taco thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
