A. C. et Fire Pit avec une grille réglable, New Hot Spa.
PrĂšs d'AthĂšnes Ohio. Vous allez adorer ma place Ă  cause des points de vue, la paix, la pĂȘche, la relaxation. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants). Ma place fait Ă©galement partie du Windy 9 pour les passionnĂ©s de moto ou ceux qui veulent simplement profiter de promenades pittoresques Ă  travers la campagne.

La chambre du bas a un lit queen size et il y a trois lits supplémentaires dans le grenier à l'étage. Ceci est un petit endroit agréable pour se détendre et profiter du calme et de détente.

Le lac Dow est Ă  15 minutes en voiture. Lake a kayaks, pĂ©dalos, bateaux Ponton, une plage, aire de pique-nique, pĂȘche et plus de profiter.

Beautiful area that is away from town. I would recommend taking a screenshot of the key code for the door way before you get there as cell service was pretty non-existent (which was perfect for the weekend)

Beautiful house. Very comfortable. The only issue was there needed to be some sort of umbrella for the back deck or covering for shade. Couldn't enjoy it as much as wanted. Way to hot with the sun on it all day with no shade. It was a beatiful property and everything was very clean and welcoming. We would recommend it.

If you want private this is your place! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Caught some bluegill but saw a lot of big fish unfortunately they just weren’t biting for us!

Amazing

It was a great vacation spot for my daughter and I. We wanted privacy and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is cozy and comes with everything you would need in household items. We enjoyed the deck. We saw deer in the morning and evening. Watched the fish jump in the pond. A relaxing vacation spot. Hoping to stay again next year.

Great place for a getaway

My wife and I stayed here with friends for a weekend getaway. The cabin and property were very nice, and the hot tub made it feel even more luxurious.

Autumn getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary getaway. We had beautiful weather to explore the area. We liked the seclusion of the cabin and enjoyed the hot tub and fishing in the pond. We had a great stay!

Peaceful and relaxing!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is comfortable and we loved the back deck that looks out onto the pond. My dog had a blast running around and sniffing everything! And the walk around the pond is nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Highly recommend staying at Open Season

Highly recommend staying at Open Season if you have the opportunity. The owner checked in on us periodically to make sure that we were satisfied and enjoying our stay. I will stay here again in the future!

Eclipse vacation

Decided to stay in Ohio to enjoy the solar eclipse. Took a day trip to Buck Creek State Park for the eclipse totality. Great cabin, loved the hottub. Brought dog who enjoyed the yard and local hiking trails. Great vacation spot

Excellent anniversary get away

Great getaway

A super relaxing getaway! The mowed path around the pond was nice that you could walk around to see the fish. Property was clean ready for check in. Was so nice that it's pet friendly. Great area to sit and enjoy the peace quiet along with your furry pet! Owner has great communication and quick responses with great instruction on how things need to be at the house.

Thanksgiving

We spent our Thanksgiving here and it was wonderful. It was so relaxing beginning with the hot tub to the peacefulness of where the cabin was. Seemed thousands of miles from everyone. We had our usual Thanksgiving dinner, grilled steaks, wonderful grill. We recommend staying here and enjoying nature. Also we were able to watch all three Thanksgiving Day football games. Thank you Mark for helping us get to the cabin, my map from my phone quit and we did not have telephone service for a bit, once we did Mark directed us in and very helpful during our stay. The Getaway!! Whoot..Whoot!!!

We had a great... awesome time! Other than the rain all 3 days off and on!! But who can predict that!! Perfect

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights August 6 thru 10th 2023, we LOVED it. Just what we needed. Cottage was clean, quiet, perfect deck with hot tub and grill overlooking pond. Used the hot tub every night while stargazing and listening to the frogs. . Enoyed walking down to the pond to fish, caught multiple fish each time. We saw a deer at the pond the day we arrived. Enjoyed a trip to Dow Lake to rent a Pontoon and cruised the lake. Sad to leave on our last day. Definitely want to return to our perfect retreat. Thank You Mark , Mark & Dee S

Beautiful Relaxing Place

This was a very beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed being able to have our dogs with us and that they could run off leash. My only complaint would be someone showed up on a 4 wheeler and drove around the pond area. That alone is not the problem but not being told about it could be a problem if someone doesn't have dogs that do well with strangers or someone passing by on a 4 wheeler. Luckily our dogs weren't out at the time. And there's a big hornets nest by the pound. They didn't bother us but someone could be allergic or the dogs could be so just a heads up. We loved being able to fish whenever we wanted too and there's multiple fishing spots near by where we caught a ton of fish to keep. We also went hiking at turtle head cave which was beautiful and enjoyed the hot tub every night. It seems like you're deep in the woods but you're actually close to town. Perfect spot if you ask me. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with your dogs I highly recommend this rental. about it told about it

Above and Beyond

My sisters and friends are so grateful to find not only an affordable place for a girls weekend but a calming atmosphere, beautiful cabin and wonderful host and neighbors. Since booking the cabin, Mark has been communitive in messaging to help answer any questions and guidance for the trip. I did travel from Chicago, while my family and friends are based in Ohio, but the 7 hour drive was worth it! Mark also allowed me to check in a little earlier since I traveled the furthest. He also was very detailed in everything regarding your stay. The neighborhood high school was very friendly when dropping off local firewood. We got to take a day trip to Lake Dow/Strouds Run Park and I highly recommend this! We rented a pontoon, and it was very fun! Beautiful wildlife and calming nature sounds! I do suggest to prepare better in advance, unlike myself with screenshotting the information for check in codes from Mark as you will have limited to zero cell service once you are in the area, and prepare your trip with a full tank and start GPS when you have service. This is just a helpful tip from one stay to the next. Being from Chicago it was a wonderful change of pace :) wish we stayed longer, but we will hopefully be back!! Thank you Mark :) (I hope you enjoyed our little gift from us)
