Excellent property, great location, couple issues with TV in living room, washing machine and MBR shower drain. Easy to communicate with owner. Would rent again.

A great choice

A very well maintained and stocked unit, friendly and caring owners assured our stay was excellent. Location and amenities in the community were great, good restaurants nearby and a shuttle to the beach very helpful. No issues whatsoever. The best VRBO we have used.

What a great condo - clean, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. The hosts were outstanding - very responsive and helpful. I have stayed at Wild Pines every year for appx the past 10 years and this was one of the nicest places I have stayed in there. The new beachfront is amazing! Location great.

Together, we’ve raised three amazing children who are now charting their own paths: our son, a proud University of Iowa graduate, and our twin daughters, who pursued their dreams at the University of Missouri and the University of Alabama.

Over countless family vacations to Bonita Springs, Naples, Fort Myers and St. Petersburg Beach, we fell in love with this area’s natural beauty, coastal charm, and endless opportunities for adventure on the water. With our kids grown, we finally found a place to call our own in this sunny paradise. Five Water Estates, our LLC, reflects our lifelong passion for lakes, oceans, and everything water-related—a fitting tribute to the joy and peace we find by the water’s edge.
