Ceci est un magnifique penthouse en bord de mer direct au niveau supérieur au 14ème étage dans le complexe Atlantica situé dans le centre-ville de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo unique comprend une grande nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée améliorée, un grand salon et deux grandes chambres chacune avec une salle de bain privée. Vous apprécierez la vue imprenable sur la plage et l'océan depuis le balcon surdimensionné. Profitez de votre café du matin en regardant un spectaculaire lever de soleil sur l'Atlantique bleu. Sentez le refroidissement d'une brise de mer fraîche pendant que vous vous détendez au soleil d'été. Ce condo a tout ce dont une famille en vacances a besoin, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Atlantica Resort est situé au cœur de Myrtle Beach. Il est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons (à quelques minutes à pied) du magnifique centre-ville - le nouveau Beach Broadwalk, le Market Commons, la grande roue du ciel et la jetée. Il est à seulement 800 mètres de Broadway, du centre des congrès, du Family Kingdom et du parc aquatique. Il est à environ 1,6 km du centre commercial, du cinéma, du golf et de l'aéroport. L'Atlantica Resort phase 3 est relativement nouveau dans ce domaine depuis son ouverture en 2005. Ce complexe est une destination de vacances préférée à Myrtle Beach depuis de très nombreuses années.

La chambre principale a 1 nouveau lit king-size amélioré, la chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 nouveaux lits queen-size améliorés avec des matelas neufs. La nouvelle cuisine de comptoir en granit améliorée est entièrement équipée d'appareils supplémentaires, d'un mélangeur, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain et d'un service pour huit personnes. Les deux salles de bain complètes améliorées ont des comptoirs en granit.

Le salon décoré de façon design contient un canapé-lit queen-size, un canapé-lit simple, une table avec six chaises, une TV HD À ÉCRAN PLAT et une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit dans l'unité. Beaucoup de draps et serviettes, service pour 8, et tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour de belles vacances! Le balcon spacieux a une table et 2 chaises, est Oceanfront et LA VUE EST INCROYABLE! Ils sont parfaits pour observer les dauphins avec votre café du matin.

We had a great stay. Pros of this rental: location is everything. It is just steps away from the Boardwalk and all its fun activities and is super close to restaurants, activities an shopping. The property is nice sized. The building itself has some great amenities (hot tub, pool, lazy river, etc). The upgrades to the kitchen are quality. The condo was clean. Owner response was quick on the one issue. Coffee and filters :) yay! Cons: I want to be clear that these (in the grand scheme of things) were not huge issues BUT they do leave an impression. The furniture and linens are dated and not great quality and do not match the pictures. The main door is terrifying and looks like it was a crime scene with foam filling holes. The safe was laying on the floor in the closet. There was a bra on the shelf in the closet (which someone might appreciate if they forgot theirs). The kitchen supplies were less than stellar. Like I purchased a pan and left it there for the next guest. There was one 13 x 9 glass pan, one stainless steel skillet, and one teflon skillet, and one small pot. The silverware was mismatched and poor quality and only a few of each item. There was no cookie sheet and no larger pot (think for pasta). The dishes were chipped. Again, none of these were deal breakers. They just took away from the total experience and made the rental feel like less.

That foam fill was from a temporary security fix; the door has now been properly repaired and painted. · Closet oversight – Deep-cleaned and checked. Our sincere apologies — that’s not acceptable, and we’ve retrained our cleaner. · Kitchen supplies – We’ve added a larger pot, a cookie sheet, and replaced chipped dishes. We’re also upgrading to a full set of matching silverware and adding a few more basic cooking tools. (And thank you for leaving that pan — that was incredibly generous of you.) You were a wonderful guest to host, and we’d love to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. Great Location!

As advertised. Plenty of space, well appointed comfortable condo on the beach with amazing views. Conveniently located near all the fun stuff yet far enough away so you're not impacted by the noise. The kids (10 & 13) had an amazing time. Highly recommend this property for families!

This place (PH66) is definitely not newly remodeled so please don’t be fooled. If the owners do happen to remodel this place, it would be a great place because of location. If you’re looking for a place with a front desk, this is also not the place.

This property was remodeled couple years ago. The walls were painted, the countertops were upgraded to granite, the floors were upgraded to marble. The front desk was under remodeling. So it is not available now. Actually the guests don’t need front desk for checkin and checkout because this is a self checkin. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.

the condo provided all the amenities as advertised. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and excellent beach. The furniture is somewhat tired.

Great Summer Getaway

We had a great stay. The property was right on the beach and the elevators and pool area were cleaned nightly. The property is within a short drive to Broadway on the Beach and Go Karts- but also had plenty of activities within walking distance including Pier 14. Our condo was clean upon arrival and the property manager was very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay with an immediate response. The kitchen had the basics including a toaster; each room had a tv and plenty of space for our family of four. The property met our expectations and we a Great value for the price. We would stay here again.

Just as the Pictures Described

We had a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach. The condo was just as described. Everything was clean and working properly. We fit four adults and two small children comfortably. The weather was not in our favor so we were in the condo more than planned- we weren’t cramped at all. Kids played just fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for your feedback. The pools are closed for safety concern during this COVID 19 crisis. I wrote this in the description. This is the reason why my price is much lower than the resorts in the same area. However, the beach, restaurants and all attractions are open. All my previous guests had good time even though the pools are closed.

We definitely will come back

This was the most awesome vacation we have had in years. The condo at Atlantica Resort was everything and more than what you expect after seeing the pictures and reading the overview. We woke up each morning and sit in our balcony to see the ocean, sand and sky. The unit was within walking distance to the boardwalk, yet we didn't have the crowds to contend with. Plenty of eating places around, if you want to just park your car for a week you can and still have everything at your fingertips. Feng was a joy to work with, making checking in so easy, even for a last minute trip. This is one condo I would highly recommend without hesitation and look forward to returning to soon. Thank-You for sharing your wonderful oasis with us!

Not bad but not ideal for a family

The owner was fantastic to work with and checking in was awesome! Bathrooms, kitchen, and bedding were very clean but the floor in general was not. Overall the unit needed some TLC (holes in walls, missing moulding, stained lampshades type of things). The indoor pool was pretty gross. The building was full of young spring breakers who were extremely loud late into the night. Fun place but not for families with little kids.

It’s spring break this week, so there are so many young guests. Other than Spring break week, it’s pretty quiet and a wonderful resort for family vacation. Had a great stay and was happy with just about everything right up till the last two nights when I started to do our end of the week cleaning and preparing to pack up I started seeing cockroaches dead and live ones in the bathroom behind the safe. I saw a live one when I was doing a sweep through after moving a towel and then again in the kitchen sink in the morning. I was so grossed out. Out door pools are NOT heated only the indoor pool is and is shared with the resort next door. The location was perfect to the board walk and all the attractions we wanted.

The beach front location was great!

The property needs some TLC, patio door was very stubborn and difficult to open, needs repaired or replaced. Accommodations were comfortable and the owner was very responsive. I suggest that the owner update the lock system to a lock pass code versus a “key lock”. Visiting the beach, pool and local sites and having to worry about a key is not pleasurable or convenient. The utensils, pans, dishes & glasses were not clean. Had to load and run the dishwasher to get them clean. The cleaning fee apparently was not used to clean after the previous guest checked out.

Nice view, but could use a little work.

The condo was in a nice location, right on the beach, with a really nice view, and within walking distance to a lot of places to eat, and a lot of things to do. Overall, the condo was not very clean, the bathroom to the master bedroom with the king bed had a very weird, and bad, smell to it, we actually ended up using the bathroom in the other bedroom the whole time we were there. There was sand in the bed we slept (the king bed) and we never went on the beach (so that was a little gross). Also, the AC unit didn’t work, so we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open the entire time. Overall I probably wouldn’t stay at this location again.

Thanks a lot for your feedback after you checked out. I apologize for all the inconvenience. However, you never let me know these issues during your stay. Everything was in very good condition before you checked in and none of my previous guests mentioned these issues to me. If you had let me know these issues during your stay, all of them would have been fixed. I always take action promptly as soon as my guest informed me the issues. All the issues were fixed after you checked out. I talked with the cleaning company about the cleaning issue and actions will be taken to ensure high quality. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from previous guests.

Worst experience ever

The property was not at all as described. It was absolutely disgusting. Sticky stuff on all of the furniture, trash can and counters. Floors were black, baseboards and walls were disgusting. Lampshades, vents were gross, covered in a thick layer of dust. Ad stated designer decorated, it was Goodwill decorated. Holes in the wall. Worst experience ever and the property manager still charged us a night even though we left.

This is the worst case since I started my rental business. This guest complained on everything after she checked in. She used this strategy to get money back. She threatened me in the conversation. My unit was clean, updated and comfortable. My team works very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. All my previous guests had very good experience in my properties and left very good reviews. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from other guests as well.

Nightmare Vacation

We got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to be called. Someone was brought in to fix it, but when we rode it agaon that night it kept stopping for long pauses, so we informed the person at the desk, who was unconcerned and said it had been fixed. The next day my friend was stuck in the elevator again alone. Once again we had to have the fire department called. The man at the desk was extremely rude about the whole ordeal and hung up on me when I called to tell him my friend was stuck...rather than calling for help. Aside from all this, the hotel was decent, but the indoor hottub was closed 3/4 nights we were there. 100% not worth the price we paid.

I am very sorry for what happened on the elevator and indoor pools. I already contacted HOA management about these issues. Now everything was completed fixed. The employees in front desk are hired by the on-site management and they don’t work for owners who manage the rental by themselves. The HOA management will continue to improve the accommodation service.

Amazing location. Property average

You couldn't ask for a better location. Right on the beach with everything you could want in walking distance. Property is lacking with patched holes in walls, missing baseboards and outdated/not very comfy furniture, so if you're spending a ton of time in the property, this is not the place for you. Luckily we were out and about most of the time so not a huge issue. Upon arrival-2 hours later than stated in check in- the cleaning crew was still at the property. Contacted owner and he immediately apologized and extended check out by 2 hours to compensate which was nice. Cleaning crew doesn't do a great job on the floors so be prepared to clean on your own or live in flip flops. Master bath doesn't drain well, I assume from copious amounts of sand that gets brought back. Both property pools were green and gross (obviously not the condo owners fault) so that was disappointing for the kiddos but it had mostly cleared up by our last day. Overall, mediocre property in an amazing location - so pick your poison.

Thanks for your feedback. The location of this property is perfect. It’s located in the north end of Broadwalk and it’s about 5 minutes walking distance to the center of Broadwalk. But it’s not as noisy as the center of Broadwalk. I am very sorry for the cleaning. You should let me know any cleaning issue when you check in. We always take action promptly to fix any issues. The cleaning company did pretty good job on the cleaning. We steam the floors to remove any dirt and sand left behind from the broom, and to sanitize them. This unit is an ocean front room with a balcony door facing the beach. We have black dust in our sand and it’s easy to see black dirts on the floor if keep balcony door open. The kitchen and floors were upgraded couple years ago. The mattresses and sleeper sofa were purchased couple years ago too. We work hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from my other guests as well.

A Nightmare Property

Roach-infested, noisy, poorly maintained, broken appliances, cheap decor, cheap bedding, poor security and unresponsive staff are words that only begin to describe the unit, the building and the experience here. The unit owner did nothing to curtail construction noise that went on outside of the stipulated hours for 7 days. The building HOA was equally unresponsive. I had several unpleasant interactions with the HOA vice president regarding the excessive construction noise outside of the stipulated hours. He would either say it was not happening or that it was acceptable. He became downright nasty when I tried to obtain any relief. I am seeking compensation from the owner to offset the misery of my stay. My wife and I were here for a month, and we strongly suggest that you rent a vacation condo elsewhere.

I am very disappointed on this negative and false review. This guest didn’t mention anything during their stay on the bedding and decoration. She did mentioned the roaches and noises from the neighbor. I sent the pest control company there to check the insect. It was water beetles coming from outside through balcony when the door was open. I informed the HOA management about the noise after I received her complaint. That noise was from the renovation of the unit next to this unit. It’s already been completed. I am very sorry for the noise. After she checked out, we did a deep cleaning on the property and updated the bedding and decoration. This guest kept to ask compensation on the noise. I apologized for that. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.

Great location

Condo was in a great location. Owner was very responsive. There were some cosmetic issues being the microwave had a ducktape holding a piece on the bottom and top. Faucet was missing the cover to the spray button. Most lamp shades should be replaced. Overall we had a great time.

Great Place to Stay

The location is beyond great!! The view of the ocean and the pool is awesome and the path to the beach is right off the pool. We loved the lazy river and the indoor pool. Feng was so prompt to answer my questions. The remote control to the living room TV didn’t work but other than that it is a great place to stay.

Spring break vacaion

Property is in a convenient location and check in and out was easy. Clean, the only thing that could be better is the springs are very squeaky in the bedroom with king bed. Received answers to questions extremely quickly. Great view!
