Located directly overlooking “The Point” in Deerfield Resort, the property is in a prime location for guests to experience all of the recreational opportunities that Norris Lake has to offer. Guests can board their boat without having to negotiate steep walkways or numerous flights of stairs. Simply load all your coolers and supplies and drive the mere 1,500 feet down to the boathouse, park in the private parking area, and walk right to your boat waiting in the covered slip. If guests need a break from the water, they can golf a round at The Greens in Deerfield (par 71), grab a drink at The Tiki Bar, or sample local wine offerings at Chapman Hill Winery. All of these great locations are within three minutes of the property. Or, if you simply want to chill, the property has all of the amenities for friends and families to just visit, laugh, and make lifelong memories all while taking in the stunning views.

The home has a large circular drive that provides two exits, ample parking for guests, and allows easy maneuvering of boat trailers.

Stay connected with 1GB AT&T data service. Extenders are located throughout the house to assure good coverage.

The main floor provides a uniquely open floor plan where guests can easily access all of the gathering areas. The great room is open to the kitchen where your crew can congregate while sharing food and laughter. The kitchen is expansive and well stocked with a gas cooktop, combination convection oven/microwave, a full sized refrigerator, ice machine, sit-at-bar, and ample pantry space. A gas grill is also provided directly outside the kitchen.

You will also want to frequent the beverage bar before stepping out on the top floor wrap around deck with Adirondack chairs to soak in the views. Coffee pot, whole bean grinder, and a wine cooler provided. Off of the kitchen is a large screened in porch where there is additional dining for 8 and a relaxing sofa and ottoman sitting area.

In addition to the washer and dryer in the large laundry room, there is also a second full size refrigerator and many cupboards for your use. There is a half bath near the kitchen and laundry room for convenience.

The main floor contains an expansive master bedroom with ensuite bathroom which contains 2 King Beds, a sitting area, work desk, and privacy divider. In the bathroom, there are double sinks, a built in Jacuzzi, and a His & Hers shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The lower level game room has entertainment options for guests of all ages. Try your hand at skill games such as darts and shuffleboard. Play a competitive game of foosball. Go retro and play an arcade game of basketball or golf. Or, just sit and chill at the bar table or seating area. Keep your drinks close at hand in the mini-fridge located under the wet bar.

Also on the lower level, a second expansive master bedroom with ensuite bathroom provides 2 King Beds, a sitting area, work desk, and privacy divider. In the bathroom, there are double sinks, a built in tub, as well as a shower.

The 3rd bedroom located on the lower level contains 2 Queen Size Beds.

The 4th bedroom located on the lower level contains 2 Queen Size Beds.

The 5th bedroom is located above the finished garage and is outfitted with 6 twin beds and offers the youngsters a private area to hang out and share laughs and memories.
