What our guests love about our listing:
- Our walk-out guest suite features a large private covered patio that features a propane fire table and natural gas BBQ with plenty of space to converse on our brand new patio conversation lounger set or enjoy a meal pondside at the outside dining table!
- The home features Pondside views and has a beautifully designed interior space to catch up with friends and family!
- Warm electric fireplace in the main living room and cooling AC on those warmer summer days!
- Our suite features 2 smart TVs located in the main living room and primary bedroom.
- Our suite is designed and staged by a local Edmonton designer!
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- The house is conveniently located 15-20 minutes away from Edmonton International Airport (YEG)
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Free street parking at the front of the house.
- Lightning fast WiFi on our large 50" & 42" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
What some of our guests don't about our listing:
-The suite is located in the downstairs of the home - so there may be minimal noises from above. However, there is soundproofing installed between floors for your comfort and enjoyment/privacy during your stay.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 Guests! The primary bedroom features a king bed, one queen bed in the second bedroom. The living room is equipped with a pullout queen sofa bed as well!
All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing.
Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea and coffee during your stay!
The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at your own home!
Guest access
You have full and private access of our walk-out guest suite during your stay, including the covered patio, fire table & natural gas BBQ. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to South Edmonton Common or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
