Welcome to your private, sunny, newly-renovated guest apartment - in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills of the Hollywood Hills, within walking distance of all the action. You can walk to theaters, restaurants, clubs, and classic landmarks like the Hollywood Bowl, Kodak Theater, and Magic Castle from this adorable apartment in historic Hollywood Heights.
Guest apartment has it's own private/separate entrance - attached to a large, 1925 house (hosts live upstairs in the main house). Nestled in the back of a tree-lined cul de sac, it has a surprisingly quiet, natural feel for its central, Hollywood Hills location. Incredibly convenient for visiting or working in Burbank, Studio City, or NoHo, and a quick ride to downtown too.
The apartment has a private walkway/entrance and small patio, and overlooks a peaceful, walled garden with a gurgling water fountain. There is a full kitchen with everything you need â including a two-burner cooktop, microwave and fridge. High-speed wifi and a dedicated work desk; a new, smart TV with all the apps (just log in to get all your faves). Comfy queen-sized bed, a large closet, a full-sized private washer and dryer, and a bathroom with tiled shower (no tub).
Bring your morning cup of coffee out onto the patio, surrounded by greenery.
An off-street parking space is included.
No pets and no smoking in the unit â please keep it limited to outside on the patio (please use an ashtray).
We (the owners) live on he property in the main house, and are happy to help with directions or suggestions to make your stay a great one. Oh, and did we mention the amazing location?
We just renovated this unit and this is a brand new listing but we are experienced Superhosts (14 years!) with excellent reviews on our other apartment!
