Belle maison de Southampton située au coeur des Hamptons. Très privé avec une grande piscine et jacuzzi. Juste trois minutes en voiture du village avec tous les merveilleux restaurants, clubs et petites plages et la ville!

Très privé avec une grande piscine et un grand jacuzzi. La maison peut accueillir 14 personnes et dispose d'un pool-house avec une grande table de ping-pong, une table de billard, un baby-foot et un bar. La cuisine est magnifique. Vous êtes proche de tout, y compris Cooper Beach. Si vous avez eu envie de visiter les Hamptons pour la première fois, cette maison est le choix parfait. Idéalement situé au coeur des Hamptons, à quelques minutes du village et de la plage.

This house is exactly as described! The house is in prime location, clean and private from neighbors. The layout and room sizes were perfect for myself and 11 other guests. Management was very easy to work with an answered all questions extremely promptly! Cannot say enough good things about this house, would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

The home was well suited for our family. The separate game room came in handy and was enjoyed by the kids! The management was quick to respond to our needs and so prompt with questions and request and was much appreciated! Easy check in and check out procedures! A great place to make vacation memories..We highly recommend!

PERFECT Hamptons rental!! The home looks exactly as it is listed, the location is perfect, and Debbie is the best host! Check in and check out was so easy, myself and nine other girls stayed here and we never felt on top of each other or that we didn’t have enough space. It’s the perfect rental for a bachelorette, a getaway with friends, a couples trip, or a family trip. I will definitely be renting this house again on my next trip to the Hamptons!

Great time at the pool!

We really enjoyed staying here. Some great things were the heated pool, hot tub and well supplied kitchen! Lots of space in this house! Saw a deer and five turkeys outside kitchen window.. Very private!

Bachelorette Weekend

The outdoor space is the perfect spot if you want a fun pool vibe. Pool house was perfect for playing games and hanging out. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very private. Very happy with our booking of this property.

Fun weekend with the family!

Debbie was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was great. Only a few minutes to multiple beaches and ten minutes to Cooper’s Beach which is America’s #2 beach! We had family ages 2 - 70 years old stay at the house and it was great for all. Spacious layout that accommodated all!

Great Family Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful, felt very private and had great amenities. We had a large family getaway and everyone had plenty of space. The hosts were very communicative when we reached out. The location was also very convenient and the pool and backyard space was beautiful. We’d not only go back, but we’d also recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Luxurious and quiet stay in the Hamptons

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well-situated in a quiet neighborhood - very private, surrounded by trees and a few wild turkeys. There were many amenities that made our stay enjoyable from the large patio and pool, 3 full baths in the main house, one of which had an amazing shower system with body spray, and a designated work area for those that can’t leave work behind. Communication with the property manager was easy and Debbie was very helpful and answered right away. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to the Hamptons.

Birthday getaway with friends

Great place to stay and hang with a group of close friends. Layout of rooms and open concept worked for our close group of 12. The pool room was a great space to hang after hours with music, pool, and ping pong. The location is close to the Southampton strip of boutiques and local pub as well as the North Fork wineries. Debbie, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the arrival/departure process was super smooth!

Amazing Bachelorette Party

What a wonderful stay for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 13. The house was so comfortable and provided the perfect amount of space. The location was great with only a few minute Uber ride to town to enjoy the restaurants. We appreciated the brand new grill, pool, and hot tub. Debbie the property manager could not have been more helpful. She worked with us regarding special request such as early check in and allowing more cars in the driveway. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

The house had an accurate description, it is well equipped and clean. But the hot-tub was broken, and no compensation was given. The games room also had bad smell.

This VRBO suited my group's needs well. It was a central location in The Hamptons for a bachelorette group, and had plenty of room for guests & enjoyment. I docked a star because the property could really use a deep clean (it was quite dusty/small sprucing items missed), and there were a few items that needed replacement or fixing, but I admittedly didn't share that with the property manager until the end of our stay, at which point they said they would be promptly fixed. I do feel they would have attempted remediation of the issues sooner had I reached out to them earlier, but we honestly had a jam-packed schedule for our trip & none of the issues were so detrimental as to warrant an immediate fix. Also the style of sinks in some of the bathrooms really splashes, so the area around the bowl of the sink/the user can get quite wet while they are in use. Communication was always prompt with the property manager, and the house was well-stocked with useful items, including kitchen necessities, towels, and pool accessories. I would stay here again, with the hope that it would be updated a bit before my next visit.

The house was very dirty. Dead bugs in the showers upon arrival. Ants constantly in the kitchen sink and counters. Even found ants crawling in our beds. centipedes in the house. Left over garbage from previous stay. The pool and hot tub were so dirty. We understand it’s inevitable that some leaves fall in the pool from the surrounding trees- but it was more than that. actual dirt in the pool. same with the hot tub. Wish the pool would have been professionally cleaned upon arrival. The location and size of the house was fine. just wish it was a little cleaner.

Christine I wish you would’ve called us we are literally one town over you didn’t call us not one time about This, about anything. The home was sitting for a couple of weeks before your arrival it was cleaned and prepared and although we should have did a walk-through we did it and thought everything was just fine. Pool guy comes on Fridays so maybe you arrived before he got there. We thrive on satisfying our guess so this is very disappointing to us as you could imagine this is damaging to the owner as well. This is one of our most popular homes never get complaints everyone loves. We will make sure to walk-through before all gas arrive and we are a phone call away wish you would have Reached out so you didn’t need to do this

Nice location great pool

Our stay was nice, we had two grandchildren and their parents. Plenty of room to relax in, and enjoyed the poolside building with ping pong and pool table. Also every morning we were greeted to a family of six wild turkey, that was a plus to our stay. The bedrooms were amp side, the main bed room was good, the blanket had a smoke smell to it which we took care of with febreze, (just a note the bath off the main bedroom should have a grap bar to get in and out of). The kitchen was nicely supplied with pots and pans, after a couple of days, not sure why the dishwasher stopped. Also, the new washer and dryer needed additional hookup, which the owner was aware of and we were in contact with her. The communication with the owner was good, she responded to our text quickly. The issues with the washer and dryer and the dishwasher were beyond her control, as these things do happen. The only other issue we had was the pool cleaning service and weed control came before our check out time, which limited our pool time before checking out. Overall a very good experience for our family. Thanks you so much...

We loved our stay!

When we arrived for our stay, the house was very clean and as pictured on the website. There was plenty of parking for our cars down the long scenic driveway. The pool and hot tub were beautiful, and cleaned twice during our week stay. There was a very large 10 seat table and chairs with umbrella, and there were plenty of chaise lounge chairs for our group of 11. The game room had a pool table and ping pong which my family enjoyed. The BBQ grill was in perfect working order and we enjoyed cooking meals outside. There was also a second seating area with an umbrella as well which was nice. Both my granddaughters learned how to swim and jump into the deep end during our stay. We spent most of the time outside and enjoying the pool due to the amazing weather we had. The dishwasher, ice maker, and dryer were not working. A repairman did come to look at the dryer during our stay, but the hook up needed an electrician as per him. Although this was a bit inconvenient, this absolutely did not overshadow the wonderful time we had! Debbie reached out to touch base with us when we arrived and was easy to communicate with. My family and I agreed that this will be the vacation home we rent from this point forward. We loved our stay!!

Not Luxurious - Overall Disappointing

I would like to acknowledge that I rarely give a bad review as it can be quite damaging to a business. Unfortunately I would like to express my frustrations and terrible experience before my arrival. We agreed upon our contracted price in February, in May we received a message stating that we owed an additional $200 for a hot tub fee. This should not have been an issue as we had already signed a contract agreeing to a specific rate, they failed to include that therefore that is not our problem. They do not have the permission to begin charging additional fees beyond the contract. Following this incident where they said they were just going to charge the card on file, we were then asked to pay an additional fee due to local tax increases and expected the guest to pay the fee? This makes zero sense after agreeing and signing a contract. We attempted to get a refund being they put us in a position where we were feeling nickeled and dimed beyond our contract. After many phone calls with vrbo the company was of zero assistance and offered no levels of protection, nor were we able to get out of the contract. The space had a significant amount of potential, however I would describe it as tighty and not clean. The house reeked of cigarettes. Though we were informed the dishwasher, ice/water machine were not working it was inconvenient. The basement was not securely lock and anyone could enter. A drone was flying over the yard of a bunch of women in bathing suits, very uncomfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, a great location and very nice set up, especially for a bachelorette or bigger group! The patio and pool are really nice, so relaxing and quiet. Very spacious house with a lot of bathrooms. We had a little issue with a pan in the kitchen not being clean on arrival but Debbie nicely returned some of the cleaning fee to us which was appreciated. Thank you for a great trip!

Perfect place for a get together family time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Surprisingly I had my grandpa and grandma coming to visit me, along with my aunt and her song who I haven't, seen for years. I was panicking about where to go with all of them plus my other family from the Bronx. I contacted Debbie and she immediately started work on getting us a place where we all could not only be together but have fun also. OMG, this was an awesome experience, she was ready to help at all times. The house was big enough to fit us all. It was a time full of laughs and grilling, the kids didn't want to get out of the pool. We can't wait to go back there. We are so grateful to Debbie how she finds us the perfect place for the very last-minute family get-together ❤️ five stars is an understatement. Thanks Debbie for everything, everything ❤️

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at the Sprawling Southampton Home for a long weekend before my daughter’s wedding at The Vineyards at the end of July. The house was in a great location for us. It was spacious, modern and well equipped. The pool was wonderful. It was such a hot weekend and the pool was perfect- clean, a great temperature and so inviting . The pool house was a great bonus with the games tables, tv and indoor bar. We really loved our time there and it was the perfect place for our 3 generations both before and after the wedding.The property managers were very accommodating and helpful in answering any questions I had.

Perfect Weekend Home for a Large Group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for a large group. With the multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house can fit a large party for any occasion. Additionally, the outdoor space with pool, hot tub, and extra pool house give plenty of room for people to hang out and enjoy themselves throughout their stay. The owners were very attentive when needed, but also let us enjoy our trip! Highly recommend. WOuld definitly consider coming back.
