Stunning 4BR family home with HOT TUB and LAKE – Walk to the Big House!!

Thank you for considering our home for your stay in Ann Arbor. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a fully finished basement is situated in the Lans Down neighborhood, a highly sought after location and an easy walk to the Big House. We are about a mile from U of M Stadium (15-20 min walk) and 2 miles to Downtown Ann Arbor (5-10 min Uber ride). Our home has everything you need!

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with additional sleeping in the fully finished basement (1 full bed and 2 twin mattresses). Can sleep up to 12. The first floor includes a large living room (with TV), dining room with seating up to 8, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent family room (with TV), and a half-bathroom. Additionally, there is another living area in the basement (with TV) and a washer and dryer. There is driveway parking as well as free parking on the street.

The backyard has a huge deck with comfortable seating, an additional dining area for 8 people, a hot tub and a beautiful lake. Feel free to sit out back and enjoy the views, but by renting from us you agree that you will not access the lake when using our home. As this is our primary home, it is very important that all visitors are respectful of our neighbors, thank you.
