We loved it here! Great location and great price. Bed was comfortable, AC was nice and cold, kitchen was great, and the property is very well kept. No complaints whatsoever!

Got there, key wasn’t in box and host wouldn’t answer. Got in touch with cleaning lady 2 hours and had to drive to her and get key. After 3 hours we got into the place….Bugs in kitchen, too bunk’s mattress was too big and was folded up wall….NO sheets on either bed. Stains and Hair on couch. Towels wreaked of cigarette smoke and weren’t clean. Shower hadn’t been cleaned. Mind you host still hasn’t answered so we got another place. DO NOT rent this place. It is absolutely disgusting and we waited for 2 hours to try and get in. Host still hasn’t text me back. They simply do not care. And i haven’t got a refund.

Guest stayed in the condo . Wear of sheets and towels used and on floor . Guest had police called on them for breaking and entry property prior to 4 pm check in. Guest did not use the code . The key was only for emergency use if code on handle did not work

Photos werent exactly representative of the layout but not a huge deal. Jad an issue with entering the peoperty. The property changed from.gate codes to xards. I ended up having neither and relyingnonnaecurity guards to let me in. Seems every time i came back they were on patrol.All.on.all.for the money, location, and set up it was fine. .

Communication was terrible. Had an issue come up at work and was fine with not getting a refund but looking at other dates to move to. Not much help at all. Lost money. Come down to Panama City about 10 times a year and will not be booking again.

Our stay

Unit space was totally optimized, however very little room between main bed and wall to walk through. Additionally the unit was not cleaned or cared for as it should have been. Sofa was stained, rug was dirty, bath sink was not clean, coffee maker was not clean, coffee cups stained and chipped and a closet doorknob was missing.

We had originally booked for one night but we needed to add an additional night. I messaged the owner to ask if we could extend the stay. I did not receive a reply back so then I called & left a voicemail, still no response. I sent a second message, again no response. By this time we were already in the unit so I just ended up booking another night so I ended up paying the booking fee and cleaning fee twice. The condo was cute but kind of dirty. There was dust on the ceiling fans, hair on the bathroom baseboards and crusty pans in the oven. None of the light switches were labeled so we didn’t know that’s how you turned on the ceiling fans (there were remotes). If you plan on staying here and cooking, bring your own pots, pans, and utensils as these items are sparse.

DONT STAY HERE!! I really don’t like leaving negative reviews. I did reach out to the host to let her know how disgusting the floors, Walls, dead bugs, mold, and the urine smell from mice or rats. We arrived a little early and the host said that she didn’t care as long as it was clean. 30 minutes before check-in. No one arrived to clean so I put the sheets in the washer as soon as I got there because of the smell and the stains there was a bit of cleaning supplies so I did use that the ceiling fans do not work. I went and bought batteries for the remote remotes and they just don’t work. All I asked from the host was for the cleaning fee to be refunded because it was not cleaned and with us staying two nights (left a day early bc the smell of rat urine). I cleaned before I left and put all the laundry on the floor. The hose claim she had Covid but yet she messaged me right back the day before check-in. I didn’t hear from her until the day we left. Vrbo emailed me and said she denied my claim for the cleaning fee. I will say there is a sign that says take your shoes off, so I posted a picture of walking through the property as I cleaned. It’s disgusting.

Imagine renting someone else’s beach condo and publicly leaving this review , wow you have balls . Cleaning fee was refunded . And housekeeper was there on site cleaning when guest arrived guest departed 1 night early at their own decision , and demanded a refund . Not acceptable . Do not rent to this guest Scammer

Small but extremely affordable and sufficient

This 2 bed, one full (maybe a queen) and bunk bed efficiency apartment met our needs. The shower reminded us of being on a cruise LOL but it has a multi-functional shower head with hand held sprayer for washing the important parts! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large big screen TV with Wifi for streaming via the Roku device. We easily added on our Spectrum app and watched TV the same as we would at home! This place is centrally located to EVERYTHING!!! We came in for 10 days of baseball (New Years Baseball Fest & All-American Games). Publix Sports Park was less than 10 minutes away. Walmart and Publix are less than 5 minutes and every place you can think of to eat, fast food, local stuff, on the beach. etc is from walking distance to no more than 10 minutes away! You can walk to the beach. Highly recommend Pineapple Willy's on the beach along with a place called 810 for arcade games, billards (pool tables), bowling, axe throwing, etc with a full menu and drinks including alcohol. It was cool when we visited (we are from central Florida) so we didn't take part in any of the community ammenties but there's like a dozen pools (5 heated) along with a fitness area and courts of all kinds.
