Ma place est juste sur l'eau avec votre propre plage de sable dans le jardin. Une promenade rapide au restaurant ou une promenade en bateau au restaurant et à manger. Pas de soucis pour prendre un verre et rentrer à la maison. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de l'emplacement et de l'ambiance. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Détendez-vous sur la plage ou sur le pont arrière et faites un barbecue en regardant passer les bateaux et les jet-skis. Si vous ne voulez pas vous détendre dans la baie de l'arrière-cour, vous pouvez vous détendre dans l'océan. L'océan est à seulement 8 minutes, à l'océan ce sont des sauveteurs, un pavillon récemment rénové avec des toilettes, un stand de concession pour la nourriture et des douches extérieures. En outre, non loin de la maison se trouve le centre de la ville pour tous vos besoins d'achat: épicerie, bagel / épicerie fine pour le petit déjeuner / déjeuner, Starbucks, 7-11, pizzaria et plus encore. Vous allez adorer ça ici!

The property was great- right on the water with a small beach. Owner was very communicative and proactive, and even gifted our son a ball to play with! Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay in a nice location

Great property, everything you may need to enjoy the property and the beach is there, kayaks, beach gear, toys for kids. House is very new and many parts recently renovated. Location is great too, owner very helpful!

Simply Amazing!!

This vacation house exceeded our expectations!! From the very kind and thoughtful hosts who gave us easy check-in directions and answered all our questions, to the immaculate beach house which was beautifully decorated. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for an relaxing, fun getaway! I hope to be back real soon!

Great stay!

Beautiful location! Everyday my boys had the opportunity to see the boats riding by. We had a private spot to enjoy the water and the home was next to a restaurant. Very close to in town festivities. The home provided a comfortable experience for my 3yr old and one year old. Plenty of toys and space. My son won’t stop talking about the beach house. The host answered all my questions and was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

We return each year

Found this place several summers past and have come back every summer since. It’s great for a family. The owners take such care in preparing and making sure everything is perfect for us throughout the stay. The property is clean, neat, and well stocked. We will be booking 2024 as soon as the reservations become available. Thanks. As always we had a great stay and will see you next summer.

Spectacular Location & Amenities

I've rented summer houses for many years, and this rental tops them all! Private beach on the bay was perfect for swimming especially since the Atlantic was too rough to swim at the public beach. The house is brand new, very clean and provides everything you might possibly need. Spectacular views of the bay greeted us every morning and so much privacy rarely found in a beach setting.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views of the bay are great and we all enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the bay. The house is very comfortable and clean and well-appointed.

Exquisite Hamptons Location

Where do I begin? From the moment we booked the property, Brian quickly gave us so much information about the property and so many options of things to do in the area. The house was PERFECT and the best part was the daily sunrises we caught. The house was incredibly clean and as pictured, and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Can’t wait to return to the Hamptons

Great location and property!

We rented this property for Easter weekend with our two kids (2.5y and 11 months old) and it was perfect. Great location, exactly as listed in the photos. Easy driving distance from Montauk and the rest of the Hamptons. The apartment itself was wonderfully set up for our kids with so many thoughtful gestures like outlet protectors everywhere, a toddler bed and a pack-and-play for the kids to sleep in, even a baby bath tub and lots of toys. We definitely overpacked- all you really do need to bring is your toothbrush! The check in process was seamless and this was perfect for a socially distanced getaway by the beach!

Amazing family get away hoe

This home was incredible. We have two little ones so finding a home that was one floor and convenient was key. The house is right next to an amazing restaurant. We ordered curbside 30 minutes before pulling up and walked over to get our dinner. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the toys they put out for our little guys plus a high chair and pack n play. You are right on the bay so you can walk out coffee in hand and watch the sun come up on the beach as your kids play in the sand without lugging anything and driving somewhere. The owners were in touched a bunch and made sure we were comfortable and knew where everything is even the tv which can be a mystery at some places. We will be back soon!

Incredible location

What a wonderful house and awesome location. They house was spotless with everything you need for a great vacation. Brian and Christine were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Minutes from the beach and when the kids got tired of the beach we enjoyed time on the bay. Close to great restaurants as well. We can’t wait to go back again.

Perfection!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property, and our hosts Brian and Christine! A previous review said “just bring a toothbrush” and it couldn’t have been more spot on! The location could not have been more perfect, and the home had everything we needed- from coolers, lawn chairs, fire pit, beach towels etc. The home was immaculate, the beds were comfy and it simply had everything we could think of! Brian’s communication and suggestions from our booking until our trip (I had a few questions lol) were timely and detailed. Christine met us at check in and she was a doll! We were there celebrating a 40th birthday and she had even hung birthday decorations! She took the time to show us around the house, gave us a map and pointed out all the hot spots in the Hamptons to check out, and checked in periodically during our stay to make sure all was well. We had the most amazing time at Brian and Christines, and undoubtedly will be coming back again!! Thank you guys for an unforgettable vacation!!

Fantastic location - perfect home!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here - it was the perfect weekend spot for exploring the Hampton's for the first time. The location is perfect and the home was just as the pictures showed. The hosts are very responsive and kind people. They made the process easy from start to finish and they truly care about their guests. Definitely would return here and recommend to anyone who wants a clean, well appointed, comfortable home in a beautiful spot!

Immaculate Waterfron Home Steps from Private Beach

Christine and Brian are beyond superb hosts! Their thoughtfully organized home provides everything needed for an absolutely stress free stay. Their home is immaculately clean, new, and extremely comfortable. Take in the view of Shinnecock Bay from the deck and relax on the private beach which is steps away from the house. Brian and Christine are so kind and quick to respond to any inquiry. The Hamptons, restaurants and wineries are easily accessible but this is such a special home that you will not want to leave.

Amazing First Family Vacation

I cannot say enough good things about Brian and Kristine! The online pictures of the house didn't even do it any justice - It was beyond our expectations. From the personal communication and resassurance of any questions we had to the completely customized products throughout the house. This was our first family vacation with a 16 month old and they had it decked out in baby gear - making it so stressless for us! The view was absolutely perfect and relaxing and just steps from the water made it perfect for meals and nap times for our son. Our in laws came for a few nights and were completely blown away - We can't wait to make it a family tradition every year. It was 110% experience for my family. Cheers!

Perfect getaway

Just Bring a toothbrush! Gorgeous immaculately clean and very roomy waterfront home...I didn’t start the car for 4 days as we took the Rumbarge to Cowfish and ate next door at Rumba as well..everything you need to enjoy breakfast and your coffee in the morning and the beach is perfect to sun yourself. The owners Christine and Brian have thought of everything and are very sweet. Will definitely rent again from them in the future!

Great Hampton Bays getaway experience

Brian & Christine Rodgers were extremely gracious hosts. They were wonderful to work with and always available to answer any questions or recommend things to do.  They helped make our summer get-away week for my wife's birthday very special.  Their comfortable 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with central a/c overlooking Shinnecock Bay was clean, organized, and beautifully maintained with modern kitchen appliances and a large screen Apple TV and internet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time sitting or grilling on the deck, relaxing on the private beach, and floating in the water on the owner-provided beach raft. The location in Hampton Bays is centrally located, and easily accessible to Riverhead, Hampton beaches, restaurants, and shopping.  We are looking forward to a return trip next summer.
