First time in the keys!
We had a great stay! Great central location is perfect for Key hopping. The sea weed was a bummer but it went from Key West to Miami so nothing they can do. They rake it twice a day.
Brutus Sea Food is amazing and they ship back Lobster and Fish for us at a very reasonable rate. Can’t wait to go back!
Family Vacation
This place was great! We really enjoyed the pool and tennis court! The beach was nice but make sure you have beach shoes! We really loved it until our new neighbors showed up who clearly had more than 6 in their party! An was up until 3:00 a.m. yelling from the hot tub! I guess it was there first time away ever lol but we didn’t let it ruin our good time! I will say to anyone who is going to rent please be aware of the many many stairs! Yes we knew and we were warn out lol but it didn’t hurt us! Overall we will definitely be staying here again! My family loved it! Nothing fancy but simple and friendly!

Awesome experience with a view that was unbelievable.
Our family had a wonderful time at this resort. The facilities were very clean and employees always had a smile on their face. So glad that we decided to stay here for our trip. I made sure I got up to see the sunrise on several days and it did not disappoint. The whole family had a great time, hope to be back soon!

Perfect location!
Over all this place was super nice. Could use a little updating in some of the areas but over all beautiful. The stairs were a little scary but we made it work. The beach is amazing and the pool is very nice. We loved the location!

Disappointing
Pool ice cold, had to walk down the beach to a friends place on Coco Plum Dr. to enjoy their pool. The manager was asked to check if the pool heater was working , and she put her hand in the water and said it was set at the temperature that the owner wanted it to be. There was no thermometer in the pool.The ocean was warmer.
Spiral staircase had broken rails with bolts sticking out that caught your hand.
Wooden deck was rotting and had splinters.
Many outlets did not work along with some lights.
The air conditioner was very noisy.
We really liked this place and don't want to leave a bad review , but feel that people should know about this.
We have been to this location several times and this time was very disappointing. The place is has not been updated in a very long time.
Wonderful
My friend and I stayed here for our birthdays. Was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the oceanfront condo. The sunrise was spectacular each day. Only downfall, the sea weed and ocean was dirty so we did not get to enjoy that but the pool was fantastic. Would stay again for sure.
Yes, we do have unforgettable sunrise daily as viewed from our ocean front. We try to take care of everything we can to make it a perfect stay for our guests. The sea grass is one of those we can only control so much... we have a raking company that cleans the beach everyday. Still we are happy that you had a good time and will consider coming back again.
