This cozy loft offers both comfort and convenience, featuring a queen bed and a sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 guests. For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated workspace with an office desk. Enjoy access to a spacious gym within the building, perfect for staying active during your stay. Just a block away, you'll find a pool for a refreshing dip. With two private parking spots in the building, getting around is easy whether you’re exploring by car or scooter.

Guests can enter the loft through either the front entrance of the building or the parking structure, offering easy and flexible access. Elevators are available from both entry points, ensuring smooth access to your apartment, whether you’re arriving on foot or by car. With two private parking spots included, you can come and go as you please without any hassle.

A key fob will be provided at the front desk for the parking structure. Please remember to return it at the end of your stay.

Please also note that pool access is just one block away, and two secure parking spots are available within the building.
