Une propriété élégante et sophistiquée située au centre de Howth

Le bâtiment est superbement situé dans le centre du village, à proximité de toutes les commodités, y compris de superbes endroits pour marcher, un port de pêche prospère, un yacht club, un club de golf public de Deer Park, des restaurants, des bars et des transports en commun, y compris le service de train DART vous emmenant directement dans Dublin, donc pas besoin de voiture. Cependant, si vous décidez d'avoir une voiture, il y a deux places de parking souterraines disponibles qui, en haute saison, sont un grand avantage car il y a beaucoup de touristes et un parking limité. L'appartement est la partie avant gauche du rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment donnant sur le port. Bien que le bâtiment soit situé au centre, c'est un endroit calme, sécurisé et tranquille où vous pourrez profiter de la vie en passant sans bruit ni bruit. En été et au printemps, vous pouvez profiter de votre café du matin sur la terrasse arrière qui est orientée plein sud. Le mobilier et la décoration sont une qualité que vous ne trouverez généralement pas dans une location de vacances avec des œuvres d'art et des antiquités semblables à un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le salon principal est une pièce de taille très généreuse avec de hauts plafonds et des fenêtres surdimensionnées et dispose d'une salle à manger séparée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre est de taille généreuse avec un lit double et se trouve à côté de la salle de bain principale. Il y a une cuisine séparée qui est bien équipée avec des raccords de haute qualité. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis et sont de qualité 5 étoiles. L'appartement respire la chaleur et l'hospitalité des propriétaires qui sont à portée de main à Howth pour vous assurer un séjour très agréable.

Elegant digs

This is a lovely, elegant, tasteful and altogether superior place to spend a vacation. A few minutes walk to great restaurants and pubs... not to mention the amazing cliff walk.

Charming Apartment

Wonderful stay in Howth

The property was clean, spacious, and well located in Howth. Nice to have room to live with kitchen, felt like a resident of the town. I would highly recommend this property and will book it next time I travel to Dublin.

Another great stay

This is a great location for spending time in Howth. Minutes to the DART, you are connected to Dublin in less than 39 minutes, and yet a world away in Howth.

A Howth Delight

The location, the host, the home...all wonderful. I highly recommend you stay here when visiting Howth, Ireland! This will be the only place I stay should I be so fortunate to visit again. Absolutely fantastic!

Loved it

The apartment is everything it shows on the web site. Great location too. We could walk everywhere in Howth, we loved our stay and will be back.

Lovely accommodation at the sea

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quite, clean, modern, close to walks and seafood. Pat and Anne were welcoming and prompt in all communication. Would not hesitate to stay again. Just lovely.

Comfortable and convenient

Great place, just far away from the hustle and bustle to be super relaxing. But just close enough to make dinner in downtown Dublin quick and easy .

Can't beat the location! Many thanks to Pat and Ann for making our trip the most memorable of our lives. Five stars is not enough. So close to the Findlater, it could be your second home while in Howth!

Beautiful Apartment

Anne's place is just as lovely as the photos. It's spacious, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The location is perfect - near the water, the Dart station, and coffee shops and restaurants. It's walking distance to a grocery store as well. It is an exceptional place to stay. We had a wonderful time during our visit.

Excellent location and very comfortable

We had a very nice stay at the Villa. Right on the harbour and two minutes from the Dart. Two very comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large sitting room. Kitchen well stocked. Great for two couples. Close to several great restaurants and easy access to the cliff and hill walks.

Pristine apartment in Fantastic location

This apartment had everything you could ask for...super clean and updated, easy access to DART and buses and the marina. Walking distance to everything. Hosts were wonderful and the entire experience was easy and stress-free. We are frequent renters and value for money, this is the best place we've ever stayed!

Another great stay....

This property is a perfect location! One block to DART station, and the Howth harbor across the street. Dublin is a short train ride away. Close to everything, with the feeling of being the country. Restaurants and pubs abound, and the cliff walk is a short stroll away. 20 minutes to the airport.

Wonderful location, beautifully decorated, well appointed!

Anne Mulcahey was so easy and pleasant to work with. She was away on vacation so unfortunately did not get to meet her. Howard met us and gave last minute directions and super orientation. This is such a great way to explore Dublin as the Dart train is close and easy commute. However, don’t forget to explore Howth for there is much to explore in this sweet town.

Fabulous!

The apartment is gorgeous and very well appointed. It was easy to walk to everything and quick access to the dart. The beds were very comfortable, and there was little noise outdoors. We had trouble with the internet/TV throughout our stay—not sure what the cause was.

Be happy

Excellent unit in an outstanding location. You couldn't do better than to chose this one. If you want to go to the city the Dart is just 2 minutes away and you'll be in the center of Dublin in 30 minutes. Howth is filled with excellent restaurants, not much shopping.

Great hub!

Our group of six ladies touring The Emerald Isle found this charming farmhouse a wonderful home base for our daily adventures. Dan and Anne were wonderful hosts! We arrived to find necessary food supplies for our nightly needs! Their thoughtfulness was certainly appreciated! Dan met with us one morning to offer itinerary suggestions and certainly was knowledgeable of the area! We would highly recommend staying with them at the wonderful 300 year old farmhouse! We loved it!

Excellent Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay while we were on vacation in Ireland. There are not enough words to explain how lovely this apartment is. Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. We had a five minute walk to the train and that was so convenient. Howth is a beautiful place. Anne and Pat were so very helpful to us when we arrived and throughout the week. We have rented all over Europe and your apartment is the very best!! Thank you again for a wonderful week.

Best trip to Ireland in years

I just spent almost 6 weeks at this beautiful property in Howth. It was a spectacularly wonderful place to be -- both the property and Howth itself. Everything about the apartment is first rate, from the beds, to the bathrooms, to its well-supplied kitchen. Both Anne and Pat (the hosts) were charming and responded immediately to any questions I had. I can't praise the hosts or the property highly enough. And of course, Howth is a fabulous place -- a lovely fishing and sailing village with wonderful cliff and pier walks, great restaurants, and lovely views everywhere.

Absolutely wonderful location and a very comfortable place to enjoy. Disappointing no access to TV or even radio. Host indicated Netflix was available but we could never access. Either way the accommodations were comfortable clean and accessible.

Perfection

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Pat greeted us and answered any and all questions we had about the apartment and advice about the area. Can't say enough about the luxurious details of this apartment (towels, linens, decor). The location was perfect for both exploring the Village of Howth, and also so convenient to the DART light rail for transport into Dublin or surrounding towns. We would definitely recommend this to others and would be happy to stay here again if we are in the area again. Thank you so much Anne and Pat.
