Great Place for Family

The property was perfect for families. Had everything needed to relax after a long day at Universal Studios. The game room and lake was great for fishing and keeping the kids busy. Would stay here again!

The property was quiet and the pool and tank in the back were beautiful and a great place to hang out. They had everything we needed. The bedding and window coverings were a little dated, but it was great for what we needed.

great Vacation

Everything was great! I would just suggest make the check out time at 11 am instead of 10 am and leave just an extra toilet paper. Other than that was great.

The property is good shape. It has everything you need in order to relax and unwind. The description and pictures are exactly what you get no more no less. We usually stay on Disney property but wanted to change it up and this was great for our needs.

Family getaway

The house was great. Pool was nice, the kids loved it. There were a few minor things broken in the house which I did communicate to property manager. I have not heard back from them but it did not ruin our stay. The pond is nice to wake up to with a few different types of birds to watch. Neighbourhood was very quiet and drive to Disney was manageable , 20 minutes?

Beautiful and Perfect Home for Family

We are family of 4 . Stayed in a house From December 22 2021 to January 1st 2022. We did really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet neighborhood, clean streets , private subdivision! Very easy check in and out! Most important: safe Credit Card processing! Elite Florida Vacation Homes are safe and confidential. I will book it again and will not change a thing except ONE: I will not pay extra for Pool heated system: it was just a pool blanket that didn't make water much warmer , but we STILL enjoy the pool days at the end when it was 85 degrees outside. Thank you so much .

Furniture

Linda first was wonderful to work with. Our experience was good. Only complaint was they really are pass due in replacing the sofas and not sure what is with the master room bed, every time you sat, turned over you thought the whole frame was going to crack in half. Bad enough that it would wake us during the night. We have stayed in these type of homes over five times never so old of furniture. I was in property management for over 15 yrs, I would not let this go.

Quiet neighborhood

This was not the house I had originally booked, near lakeside park in St. Cloud, which was near the train and only 3 miles my sons tournament venue, Silver Spurs Arena. We found out when our plane landed that the property we reserved had electricity issues and this is the house they substituted. I was definitely disappointed by the change of location, but overall she house was clean aside from some staining, safe, and cozy. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. The mattresses in the other rooms seemed a little cheap and firm, although my boys did not complain. The kitchen was well stocked, and the dryer is slow, but does the job. The pool is in good condition and the pond (small lake?) out back is nice for birdwatching..We were happy with our stay.

Pool was the best part. Very pretty. Quiet neighborhood.

Check in was a little bit of inconvenience considering we had to drive to office to pick up keys and drop them back off. Would have been a little better if there was a lock box or keycode at the actual house. Hosts worked with us and let us reschedule due to the fact that Hurricane Ian was hitting the day before so that was a plus. House honestly could have been cleaner, bathtub had black marks and was slimy. Had to vacuum and sweep upon arrival. Could have been better stocked due to the fact we were staying 3 days and only had one garbage bag, absolutely no wash rags, and no dish soap. Only two dishwasher pods. Furniture and house could definitely use an updating. one tile was so cracked it was popping up and was a hazard because it cut my husband's foot. Other than these, issues we enjoyed our stay.

Bright and clean.

Was happy to walk in and see how clean, open and bright the home was. Pool had algae, but it was to cool to swim anyway. That said, had it been warm weather I would have been very disappointed. Didn't bother rental agency since was too cold anyway. Confident they would have taken care of it immediately. The rental agency staff were very cordial both on phone and in person. I would rent this home again if I was in the area. The adorable baby ducks in the pond were a bounus.
