We had a great Thanksgiving stay at Gator Grove Villa! The home is an easy drive of only 2.5 miles to the UF Campus, and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. The pictures on the VRBO listing were spot on. Our host John was incredibly easy to deal with and responded promptly to all my inquiries.

This house is so cute! Great vibe to it. Looks exactly like the pictures. The backyard is so beautiful at night when lit up. The host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Super cute mid-century modern house right near downtown Gainesville!

Great location, gorgeous house, super communicative property manager, and very close (5min drive) to downtown Gainesville. Could not be happier with the experience. The teens in our group loved playing pool at the pool table!

"Groovy" Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Great accommodations and kitchen set up. The backyard was truly special with the fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Lots of activities: pool table, ping pong, hammock, swinging chairs and playing albums on a record player in the living room. Definitely will re-book on our next visit to Gainesville. Thanks to all.

Mid-Century Modern Style and Comfort in the Heart of Gainesville

We were very pleased with our stay at this charming and well-appointed home. Four bedrooms, including the master with ensuite bathroom, was plenty big for our crew. Lots to do inside and outside: pool table, games, corn hole, and a fire pit. Very centrally located and close to the UF campus in a charming neighborhood. Excellent communication with the hosts, and they even made a resource manual with all the information about the property, which was extremely helpful. House is well-stocked with everything you would need, and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Gainesville.
