Great house and location within the beautiful neighborhood of Destiny East. Very responsive service with questions. House was clean and well stocked with towels, toys, games and beach chairs. Loved having the golf cart. The only negative was freezer does not make enough ice, only a few cubes a day. House could use a separate ice maker or ice trays for large groups. Otherwise, everything was perfect. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Destin. The house was very spacious and clean! The kitchen was a little limited in supplies (no wine opener, limited pans, one paper towel roll), but there was enough to get by. We appreciated the beach towels, golf cart, patio, and pool/courts area! The beds were very comfortable, but could have used a few more blankets and pillows. The communication from the host on the day of was limited, other than sending a graphic the night before and morning of. I sent my ETA throughout the day starting at 9am and did not hear back until 2pm. All that to say, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your review, and we're so glad you enjoyed your stay! We appreciate your kind comments about the cleanliness, spaciousness, comfortable beds, and the amenities such as the golf cart, beach towels, patio, and community pool. I'm sorry to hear there were a few items you felt were lacking. Had you reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to bring over a wine opener and any additional items you needed. We truly want every guest to be as comfortable as possible, and we're always just a message away. For future guests, we do note in our listing that we provide **starter supplies** of paper products and household essentials rather than enough for an entire stay. We also provide a standard check-in time of **4:00 PM**, which is included in the listing and in both the evening and morning messages sent prior to arrival. We ask guests to share their estimated arrival time because, whenever possible, we work to have the home ready early. Rather than sending unnecessary updates throughout the day, our focus is on preparing the property as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In your case, we were happy to have everything ready and sent your door code at **2:47 PM**, more than an hour before the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time. We sincerely hope these minor concerns didn't overshadow what sounds like an otherwise enjoyable vacation. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you and your family all the best.

The home was cozy and relaxing, perfect for our trip. A few minor things (like stains, warmer front bedroom, weak WiFi, and fridge ice maker not working), but the hosts were fantastic—quick to respond, great communication, and the onsite maintenance team was A. We loved having everything we needed (floaters, chairs, umbrellas) for the pool which was right behind the house with a playground and the beach in walking distance. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely return!

Perfect vacation

We have been staying in Destiny east the last 3 years and this house was by far the cleanest. The best property managers we have had. House was warm, inviting and perfect for the family. Great location right next to the community pool , hot tub , tennis / pickleball courts, gym, and basketball courts. You can’t go wrong with this house.

This property is the star of the neighborhood, in a private cul-de-sac literally just steps away from all the amenities, like the pool without feeling like you're in the center of everything. The golf cart makes getting to the beach a breeze - the closest beach access is practically across the street from the neighborhood. And the house was a real charmer and felt like home for the week we were there. Property management was very communicative and helpful from check-in to checkout. Would highly recommend!

The home we chose to rent by far exceeded our expectations!! Beyond roomy for 2 families totaling 9 people. Close to the resort we had access to where the kids played pickle ball non stop! Basketball till they turned the lights out on us,, the pool, hot tub! The games inside the house everyone played. 4 nice dinners we cooked in the house and not one cooking utensil was missing! Fully stocked kitchen like we were in our own home. Golf cart was a bonus! Random trips for ice cream or a nightly tour with whatever 6 wanted to go broke up time as well. We were never bored for a second at the location we chose with all the activities SeaSide had to offer. Charity was by far the best person to work with from booking all the way up to pulling in the driveway. She answered any questions our group had, told us what to expect on certain bad weather days and what to do on them, she was a phone call away and would answer if you called or texted her! Was basically an insurance policy knowing she was there for anything! We booked 2 houses next year through Destin Vacations working with Charity AGAIN because our first trip there did not have one hiccup or disappoint! I would definitely recommend Destin vacations to anybody I know! Ask for Charity! Thank me later!!

Thank you so much for this incredible review—it truly means the world to us! Reading about your families enjoying everything from pickleball marathons and late-night basketball games to home-cooked dinners and golf cart ice cream runs is exactly what we hope every stay feels like. It sounds like you all made the most of every moment, and that’s what it’s all about. We’re especially glad the home felt fully stocked and comfortable—like your own space away from home. That’s something we put a lot of care into, so hearing it made a difference for your group is huge. And thank you for the kind words about working with me personally. Being available, helping you plan around weather, and making sure you feel taken care of from booking to arrival is something I take a lot of pride in. Knowing it gave you that “peace of mind” feeling is the best compliment I could ask for. We are beyond excited to have you back—and TWO (or more) homes next year! That’s going to be amazing. We’ll be ready to make it even better the second time around. Thank you again for trusting Destin Vacation Company and for recommending us. Guests like you are exactly why we love what we do! See you next year!

Such a nice find, we'll be back...

This was our first vacation with our son and daughter-in-law and our 3 and 6 year old Grandsons. This was also our first VRBO, what a great experience! The house was laid out perfectly for our family. We had a little glitch, but Renda and Greg were so helpful, no big deal, we had such a nice week. The property was well maintained and located next to the Pickleball Courts and the pool, it was perfect! The pool was lovely and will be warmer, as the weather warms up! The 6 Passenger Golf Cart was great, so nice to head to the beach and Pepito's Mexican restaurant (very good food) was close to just head there, we took the Golf Cart often! We hope we took good care of the property and would love to come back. It would be nice to have a couple more decent beach chairs, but there is an expensive option to rent on the beach, near the Crab Trap at the public beach. Some nice kids beach and pool toys in the garage, we left 2 noodles and a little life jacket too. We enjoyed our week! Thank you, Renda, for being so nice to work with and making sure we had everything we needed for a great week!

Incredible home for a large group. We had 8 people & there was plenty of room. The community pool is just steps away and the hosts are great communicators. When we arrived one of the sinks was draining slowly and they were at the house within 5min to fix it. The only slight negative was that the kitchen supplies were pretty limited, especially for cooking for bigger groups. We ended up buying a large skillet & plastic utensils. Every other aspect of our stay was incredible. We will definitely be back & would consider staying in this home again.

My family loved staying at this property. We vacation in Miramar Beach every year and It was one of the cleanest homes we have stayed at in the area.It came equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, sleep and shower. The garage had lots of great things to make our trips to the beach and pool easier (sand toys, pool floats, beach chairs, body boards, etc. )The communication with the owners was excellent. They even found my nephews beloved binky after we left and alerted us before we got too far so we could return to get it. We were very grateful! If I could change anything about this home to make it better, I would put full size mirrors in the bedrooms. At least the adult bedrooms. Us women like to see ourselves fully before going out for the day. My husband and I stayed in the 2nd King size bedroom while another couple stayed in the primary king suite. The other couple loved their space but I was disappointed with our bathroom. It was very small and no counter space to get ready. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the bedroom had a vanity to get ready in. I ended up making my own make-shift vanity by using one of the night stands and a tiny travel mirror just to make do. I think it would be better to swap the kids bunk room and the king bedroom. I could see kids utilizing the small bathroom without issue but adults need a little more space.Regardless, I would still recommend this house. This is just what I would change to make it top notch!
