Guests have access to the entire lower level apartment, which includes a washer and dryer and an outdoor patio in the enclosed yard with table and chairs set up for guests. You will have your own private entrance to the apartment. There is not an oven or stove in the home.

The homeowner lives upstairs but has their own entrance and will not impact your stay.

-- This apartment DOES NOT have A/C. It is located on a lower floor and tends to stay cool.

-- Please note the homeowner resides in the upper level of the home. Your unit is entirely private, however, as is the outdoor patio space. However, you may occasionally hear some normal tenant activity.

-- Lights are on dimmer switches in the home. Please ensure you check that they are not dimmed if they seem to not be working.

-- As REQUIRED by the city for permit requirement of the rental, the following information are required for all guests whose reservations will be accepted:

Good Location

Good location but a few details could have made it better. There were no large trash cans to put daily trash into so we had several garbage bags in the kitchen, not ideal. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The grass was not cut not a deal breaker but attention to detail was missed here. Last, the table and chairs on patio are old and rickety and need replaced, some of the chair frames were broken. If you’re renting a home to cook meals and save money with your family, this is not the place, not even a grill available for use only a microwave. expensive restaurants within walking distance of you don’t mind that.
