We stayed in this house during a trip to Sacred Heart for a procedure for our son. The place was very clean and the people who manage and own the house were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating. Would stay again!
We came to Spokane to see our son's graduation from Gonzaga. The house fit us all and was really close to the University. Plenty of towels and extra stuff. We also enjoy being across the street from the beautiful park. Nice to look at and fun to go play at.
Our VRBO receives a 5 star on all the expectations. It was comfortable, roomy, well stocked, clean, and great location. Our host thought of everything. Not even a trip needed to pick up an item. On our next trip to Spokane we found our home away from home. Thank you Heather.
Heather is a great host. check in and out were very smooth. The house was very clean, charming and comfortable. Beds were fabulous; comfortable, warm and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone. Extra blankets were provided. Ample towels (unlike many I've stayed in...) and plenty of soaps, shampoos and conditioners. Kitchen was well stocked, with dishes and cooking essentials, and very clean. Good off street parking. The extras (basket of commonly forgotten items) were a nice touch. Would highly recommend this property.
Heather originally purchased the home before meeting Tre and it was a dream come true to live across the street from historic Manito Park on the beautiful tree-lined Grand Blvd. Walks in the park to enjoy the duck pond, rose garden and lilac gardens are dreamy. In the winter the Friends of Manito host a gorgeous light show. Spring and summer boast many community events, live music and art shows.
Location, location, location! We are also on a bus line for easy access to downtown and the university district. The home was built in 1904 for the original Manito gardener.
