Located in the boho heart of Los Angeles, this secluded home is surrounded by nothing but wild, wide-open space. The ultra modern structure, perched at the edge of a lush escarpment, features an unimpeded view of the rugged countryside from its abundance of full-length windows. The iconic Santa Monica Pier and sprawling seaside at Venice Beach, as well as The Getty Villa, are a short drive away.

Please be advised that along with the stunning natural beauty and wilderness of the Santa Monica Mountains comes potential hazards inherent in the unique location and topography of the area.
While they are few and far between, and the property is designed to be secure and adhere to all clearance and safety measures, the area is sometimes subject to unforeseen natural disasters such as wildfire and flooding with accompanying debris flows or landslides.
The area can also sometimes be subject to electric and/or internet service interruptions.
We encourage guests to be mindful of the sensitivity of the area and be aware of the seasonal conditions.
Optional pool heating is an additional fee of $3.50 per gallon of propane used and is billed upon check-out. If requested, pool heating will be charged for the entire duration of the stay.
Pool heat should not exceed 82 degrees.
Special events are approved and priced on a case by case basis.
Photoshoots start at $5,000/day for a small, still shoot.
Please read the Guest Orientation document carefully (waiting for you at the house).
Please no parties, special events or photoshoots without the owner's prior written consent.
This is a quiet neighborhood and sound travels very easily so please be respectful of the neighbors and keep your voices and music at a reasonable level particularly if the doors are open, you're outside or it's past 10pm or before 9am.
Please do not use photographs of the house for any commercial purposes without the owners prior written consent.
Please obtain the owner's permission before inviting more than 4 people onto the property that are not part of original number listed on your confirmed booking.
Please no children under the age of 15 on the property without the owners prior written consent and a fully executed pool/spa agreement.
Please No Diving or jumping in to the pool.
Please keep the driveway closed when not in use to secure the pool and property.
Please remove shoes when entering the house and avoid tracking exterior pathway material (decomposed granite) into the house and remove any DG material immediately (to avoid scratching the floor).
Please avoid bringing wet bathing suits and feet into the house from the pool.
Please avoid scratching the stainless steel countertop and Sub-Zero surfaces (and avoid scrubbing the surface"against the grain" of the brushed surface).
Please use coasters and other forms of protection to avoid staining the dining table, side tables or other furnishings.
Please avoid getting food, oil or other types of stains on the interior concrete countertops or the exterior concrete patios.
Please avoid scratching or staining the wood floors.
Please avoid staining the upholstery and rugs.
No smoking of any kind ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY minimum fee of $1000 applied to replace linens and rent air scrubber.
Please do not access the roof for any reason.
Propane consumed while heating the pool and spa must be reimbursed by guest at a cost of $3.50 per gallon. The first 5 gallons per day is free of charge.
