The back patio comes with a grill, chairs and umbrella for sunny BBQ days. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and fast wireless internet.

This is a private gated community with 24/7 security. Next door to Founders Park, you can enjoy amenities such as bike paths, baseball, soccer, basketball, a playground and a marina. Islamorada is known as the sport fishing capital of the world and you are close to many dive sites as well. Enjoy a paddleboard or kayak tour at one of the local outfitters, or take short drive to Morada Way Arts District to enjoy local art galleries and brewery.

Please note:
Our dock is great for fishing or seeing the manatees that often come by. The dock is NOT available for guest boats; it is just for pick-up and drop-off. Founders Park next door has a public boat ramp and marina.
