The condo was perfect, so close to everything we wanted to do, very clean, updated, and Drew was wonderful to work with, definitely 10 out of 10 all the way around

Winter Girls Trip

The condo was the perfect place for our winter girls weekend! It was conveniently located close to town and shuttles. The condo was cozy and well stocked, and the pools and hot tub were great to have nearby. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break Ski Trip

This beautiful home suited our needs perfectly! Short walk to the Maggie and Peak 9 lift, town of Breckenridge and all kinds of shops and restaurants. Owner is great to communicate with and helpful. The pool/hot tub is A++

Ideal lodging & location

Thank you Drew for a wonderful stay. The space was as described and we were only a 15min walk to Peak 9 Lyft & town. Advance communication from Drew made it possible for us to settle in quickly upon arrival. Added bonus, there's a crockpot if you want to get chili going in the am. No need to buy spices, we have you covered.

Weekend with Friends

We had an amazing experience here! Super clean and even more spacious than expected. The location is very close to Main Street and all the fun activities. The property manager Andrew was very helpful and quick to respond!

Best ski trip ever!

Location was perfect, short walk to Main Street and Breckinridge chair lifts! Perfect private space for two parents and great living space and loft for 6 senior boys!

Excellent Condo!

This condo is spacious and very clean. We had everything needed for our stay and it is conveniently located. The owners were very responsive, providing the most information on the unit and Breck area I have ever received in a rental. I highly recommend this condo and will stay again!

Great location!

We had our family of four with four guests and really enjoyed our stay. The walk to town is so easy and convenient. It is a bit tough walking back after a day skiing but manageable. The hot tub being so close was a great reward for a hard day on the slopes. Thanks!

Wonderful Host!

Andrew was so easy to reach and was always ready to help or answer any questions! We loved the condo. The loft area was a little different than expected because the ceiling is so low, but luckily our adult kids were cool with it. Otherwise, clean, stocked, cozy and perfect for our trip! We would highly recommend to everyone! And we love Breckinridge!

Beautiful views in a cozy condo.

All four of us had enough space to spread out but also spend quality time together. It was an easy walk to town and good restaurants. The condo made for a perfect weekend getaway!

The property was amazing.

There were 3 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids stayed upstairs and played video games. Drew was helpful and very responsive. The shuttle is steps away, and the views from the balcony are beautiful. We will stay there next year.

Comfortable Place

They stated many things right on, like the twin loft beds are just for children under 12. Very small close space. Then there were others: Walk to lift about 15 min in ski boots, there are lockers at the base which came in handy. Washer/dryer are not in unit but complex; don't forget your quarters! :( So they did bring us clean towels! Otherwise a comfortable place and easy to work with owner!

Great space for 2 families!

This condo was a great fit for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed taking over the loft, and both downstairs bedrooms were comfortable for the adults. The large dining room table was definitely a plus. We also loved the location! It was a quick and easy walk to Peak 9 and ski school, as well as to Main street. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely seek out this rental again!

Awesome place!

Andrew's place was very comfortable and well-furnished! We had an awesome time, it was as convenient as advertised to get to the mountain for skiing and to town for everything else. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Awesome location!

Great location to Peak 9 and to Main Street. My family really enjoyed the big dining table and kitchen was perfect for cooking. Beautiful area that was quiet at night. Hot tubs were great, too! Loved all the communication from Drew, too. Thanks! Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend at this Condo. The location is convenient to town and Breckenridge Ski resort. The area is quiet and the morning view of the sun on the mountains is breathtaking. Owners are extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this rental.

Great mini vacation weekend!

Recently took a short trip to Breckenridge for a extended weekend / mini-vacation. We had stayed at Drew's condo earlier in the summer of 2017 for a full week and opted to return; he's a great host and the condo is exceptional!

Top rated! Great place to stay!!

Not only was this home beautiful, but it was comfortable and clean as well. It is conveniently located near the town center, just minutes away at walking distance. This house would be a great fit for a larger group of adults or a small family with kids (like ours)...either way it won't disappoint! There are so many things to do in Breckenridge, we want to make another trip next year and will definitely stay in this house again!
