Enjoyed the stay

Very quiet and secluded, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room and nice back porch. Only suggestions I have are to spray for bugs (there were many spiders), and the hot tub needs attention. Overall a relaxing stay.

Hello Chris, As I said before our properties are located in the Woods ! It should be expected to find little pesky crawlers in the Woods. Most people don’t think about that when out of their Element ! As for the Hot Tub Recycling is in the programming of the inner works of the Computer, I understand when someone doesn’t understand that but again it should be expected ! Perfection

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. So many extras from the owner such as a sweet welcome note, great communication, chocolates by the bedside, and great suggestions for a nice romantic dinner. I highly recommend this property. We will be back as soon as possible.

Exactly what we were looking for in a spur of the moment booked weekend trip.

Perfect for a romantic getaway. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. Built a fire as soon as we arrived. I loved the feather bed. Great location. Just a short trip to Clayton. Only complaint was we couldn’t get the loft ceiling fan to work and the dishes weren’t as clean as I would like. We would definitely stay again.

Hello Lisa, just received your Review . I wish you had given me a call about your questions about the Ceiling Fan in the Loft and the Dishes so that the problems you’ve listed would have easily been addressed given the chance . The Ceiling Fan Switches for On & Off , one Switch is at the Bottom of the Staircase for Convenience as Well as the One on the Wall at the Head Board . The Ceiling Fan is and was Working properly . As for this Dishes . I was not made Aware of that situation as well , and could easily had been addressed . We certainly Enjoyed having the opportunity to have you both, and We Would Definitely Enjoy having your Return Visit ! Thank you , Brenda

First I would like to say the communication from the owner is the best I have received from any rental property, and it is sincerely appreciated. When we arrived at the cabin the lights were on to welcome us, the smell as we opened the door was warm and fragrant but not overpowering. Once inside the decorations surpassed anything that could be captured in a photo. We had a romantic stay and the cabin was lovely. We have already recommended the cabin to close friends and family. We look forward to a return visit.

Gorgeous and relaxing

We had a fantastic time at the cabin! It’s really close to Helen and downtown Clarkesville which is even better than Helen. Great hiking at Panther Creek. Cabin was really clean and comfortable. Cell service was spotty with t mobile but quite honestly a great excuse to unplug and relax. Thanks Brenda!

Quaint, cozy and inviting!

This cabin sits on a very remote highway which makes traveling to the property easy. In spite of being on a highway; it's pretty private because there isn't much traffic at all! The cabin itself is quaint, cozy, inviting, and it feels like home. The linens are high end and there's plenty of charm with all the throw quilts within arms length from anywhere in the cabin. It has a romantic, intimate feel to it. Because the bedroom is upstairs in a loft we left all our clothes in the large bathroom downstairs. Personally, I prefer a bathroom right off the master bedroom but that's just a personal choice; this may or may not be an issue for some...The only thing I missed was a pitcher in which to make sweet tea but that can be easily remedied. Your cell phone will not work anywhere near the cabin; we had to drive about 5 miles before we picked up a signal. There is no wifi in the cabin but there is satellite TV. If you want to watch movies you'll have to bring some with you; I believe there's a DVD player there. You will want to bring plenty of reading material if you enjoy reading as there are not many books/magazines. Overall; I would give this property a 9 out of 10. It doesn't seem like somebody's investment property but rather a property that is loved and decorated with a homey feeling.

We the Owners would like to say we thoroughly enjoyed having these Guests stay with us ! And appreciate their choosing us for their Getaway . We do try to insure our Guests have a Romantic , Memorable, and Relaxing time here in the Mountains ! I will certainly make sure there is an Ice Tea Pitcher made available for any future Guests . As to Cell Phone Coverage, We have a AT&T Tower with 1 Mile of our Cabin ! There is a AT&T Signal at the Cabin . But I'm not sure if it picks up any other Carrier, evidently not . We try our Best to give our Guests All the Romance, Relaxation , Welcoming place to Enjoy . As for WIFI, we have had it in the Cabin before, the provider we have in our Area Is almost Non-Existant. This Cabin offers allot of Privacy, it sets on its own 2 Plus Acre's ! Our Cabin offers our Guests a lot of Romance, and Time to Relax and enjoy each other !
