LOCATION
Sea Breeze is located on a quiet street in the heart of Ucluelet, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, the harbour, and the Wild Pacific Trail.
Enjoy watching the boats come and go, listening to sea lions, and if you’re lucky, spotting the occasional orca whale. The suite offers a peaceful harbourfront setting while still being centrally located for easy exploration of both Ucluelet and Tofino.

EXTRA GUESTS
A queen-sized pull-out couch bed is available in the living room with bedding provided. An additional fee of $20 per guest per night applies for all parties over two people.
PETIQUETTE
Pet-friendly for 1 dog maximum. Please declare at time of booking. Dog towels, a small bed, and bowls are provided. Fee: $50 per dog plus applicable taxes. Please keep pets from chasing wildlife—especially shorebirds.

The unit is clearly marked with a sign “Sea Breeze” and is located on the ground floor. The backyard is off limits and reserved for the long-term resident living above, as per Provincial regulation.

Not available onsite though the town has a laundromat. Proudly using Canadian made Nellies Laundry Soap which is unscented and ocean safe, perfect for those with sensitive skin! We do not use dryer sheets as well for environmental and body safe reasons.

TRANSIT
To get to Tofino from the mainland, you need to take a ferry to Nanaimo (closest) or Victoria. From there, it’s a scenic drive. Anywhere from 3 (Nanaimo) to 5 hours (Victoria). You can also fly into the airport with Pacific Coastal Airlines (the flight is stunning and so quick!) or seasonally, take a float plane from the Vancouver harbour downtown to Tofino harbour downtown.
There is a designated pedestrian path we call the MUP (multi use path) which is safe and has two lanes for walkers, bikers, joggers, strollers - you name it!. We encourage you to use it; it’s one of the things that makes Tofino unique. The free Shuttle bus runs during the summer months from town to the info centre. There is a city transit service that runs from Tofino to Ucluelet with limited service. There are a couple bike rentals (pedal bike and e-bike). There is also a local rideshare app called Coastal Rides, our version of Uber (download their app). Tofino Taxi is another option (though only one driver/car). For larger groups, there is Tiki Bus + Pacific Rim Navigators that needs to be pre arranged. There is a Budget Rental car service at the Tofino Airport (also needs to be pre-arranged).

BOOKING POLICIES:
Cancellation: 100% refund less $50 cancellation fee plus tax if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Non refundable if cancelled within 30 days of check-in. The different travel websites state slightly different • Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee plus 16% tax (GST, PST and MRDT (Municipal) tax) • Dog friendly (no cats): Please advise at time of booking. Dog towels will be provided. $50 per dog (1 dog max.) • During the peak summer season (June 15 – Sept 15), houses have a 3 night minimum (or more) stay must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you book and create a one night gap, we will contact you to shuffle the reservation ahead. • Mid-season rates apply on Winter long weekends and during Christmas. • 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays • 5-10% discount for 7 nights or more not during peak season • Monthly stays: PST and MRDT do not apply and the system service fee will be discounted so please reach out for a quote.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Sea Breeze Suite. The check in and check out was easy with great communication by the host. The location was amazing as we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend the Sea Breeze Suite!

I had some difficulties using the VRBO app, but the host was most cooperative in helping me to overcome this. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped and the location had a great view of the harbour. Wild Pacific Trail was wonderful!

Really good value for the money here, particularly since we stayed during high season. Great location, close to everything you’d want to see in Ucluelet and the unit has everything you’d need.As noted in the listing, there are other units in the property. The other guests adhered to the noise requirements but the floorboards are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours during the day if you’re sensitive to sounds. We spent most of our time out and about exploring the fantastic nature that Ucluelet and Tofino have to offer so it only impacted us a little bit.
