Other Things to Note:

Pool & Spa Heating Information



• Spa Heating: $75 per session (1-4 hours) or $99/day for unlimited use (short-term stays). The spa can be heated to 101-104°F.

• Pool Heating (includes spa heating): $189/day with a 3-day minimum booking. The pool can be heated to 88-94°F.

• Prices may be subject to change if gas rates increase.



The pool requires advance notice for heating, as it takes time to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions.



Pet Policy

• This home is pet-friendly.

• A $250 pet cleaning fee applies per pet.



28+ Day Stays

• A $49/day utilities fee will be applied through Airbnb’s resolution center for stays over 28 days.

• Pool Heating: $69-$99/day depending on weather.

• Unlimited Spa Heating: $29/day. The spa can be heated to 101-104°F.



If you only plan to use the spa occasionally, this can be incorporated within the $49/day utilities fee. Any utility costs exceeding the daily fee will be billed separately.
