This unique 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1450 sq. ft. SW corner unit offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Three sets of sliding doors open to a spacious wrap-around balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching dolphins, pelicans, and the rolling waves. Located on the 3rd floor in a highly desirable beachside condo, there's nothing between you and the gulf but sand and sea oatsâno trees or shutters to block the view. Enjoy peaceful beachfront living with the sounds of the sea right outside your door.
Witnessing the radiant sunsets over the Gulf is a daily pleasure, with each evening offering a unique spectacle. Winter sunsets are especially colorful, but summer ones are just as dazzling. After the sun dips below the horizon, the sky transforms into a stunning canvas. Picture yourself on the balcony, cocktail in hand, enjoying the balmy breezeâor watching a thunderstorm roll in from the Gulf from the safety of your serene retreat.
After the show, come inside and relax in the bright, spacious living area with a leather reclining sofa, swivel chairs, and cozy throw blankets. Enjoy TV, surround sound, or movies on demand, with plenty of cable channels and digital music. For the old-school crowd, we have a variety of CDs. The space features dimmable lighting for ambiance, high-speed WiFi, and unlimited calls to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada.
The dining area seats 4 at a counter-height table, offering great views while you dine. The counter between the living and dining areas adds 2 bar stools for extra seating, perfect for your laptopâthough hopefully not for work! A cozy corner with a swivel chair, table, and lamp provides a perfect spot for reading or simply enjoying the beach view.
The spacious kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 2 sinks, above and below cabinet lighting options, ceiling fan, and that spectacular panoramic view of the beach and Gulf. Should you decide to actually cook while you enjoy your stay here, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of ice for your blender concoctions! Or you may choose to enjoy the many restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive.
The master suite, off the living area, features a small balcony with a southwest beach view. It's spacious and inviting, with a king-size bed, comfortable mattress, nice linens, cozy pillows, and a ceiling fan. A wall-mounted TV is above the dresser for easy viewing. The private en suite bath is designed for two, with separate vanities, a large frameless glass shower with double heads, a magnifying makeup mirror, a spacious toilet area, a linen closet stocked with towels, and a small walk-in closet for your belongings.
The second bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed, making this condo ideal for two couples. Located at the front of the unit, it offers privacy from the master bedroom. The bed comes with nice linens and comfy pillows, plus two large storage drawers underneath and ample space in the dresser. While the closet is small, it should fit your belongings, even if you tend to overpack! A double shuttered window provides a side view of the beach and Gulf, allowing for a refreshing breeze. The TV is centered for easy viewing from bed. Just outside the bedroom is the second bathroom, featuring a large glass-enclosed shower for two, hooks for wet items, and plenty of bath towels (note: there is no bathtub in this unit).
The location of the Pier House, 420 Gulf Blvd., Indian Rocks Beach, is easily accessible to and from the mainland, as we are on the westernmost point of Pinellas County beaches, just over the Indian Rocks Beach Bridge, between Mile Markers 16 & 16 1/2. The building is small, with only 25 units, and is secure, as a key or code is required for entry into the elevators, the beachside pool area and the beach. The pool is heated to a comfortable 84 degrees during the few cooler months we are thankful for here on the West Coast of Florida. The spa is always hot and ready when you are! In addition, there is a covered area with a couple of picnic tables and BBQ grills, an outdoor shower for rinsing all things salty and sandy before entering the pool area and elevators, and there are restrooms by the pool. The Pier House is an elite residential condominium community where some residents live full time. So you will not encounter the busyness of people coming and going like typical vacation rental properties. Additionally, Pier House owners and guests are pleased with our well manicured lawn and landscape that just adds to the beauty and enjoyment of our beach front property.
We personally care for and maintain our condos as we live close by. So you can rest assured that upon your arrival you will be presented with a meticulously clean and pristine home in which to enjoy your vacation. You will find everything you need and would expect...... plus extra touches that will add to your convenience, comfort and enjoyment, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, coffee and filters, spices and condiments, shampoo, soap, and paper goods, just to name a few things. A full size washer and dryer are provided in unit for your convenience along with all laundry necessities.
You will have access to all the property amenities; Pool, Hot tub, Picnic Area, Barbecue Grills, and of course the white sandy beach right outside the gate directly behind the building!

The Pier House is not a hotel but a residential condominium community. While you share our home, the following rules regarding rentals will help you be good neighbors to residents and other guests. Have a great time and enjoy your stay!
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is no more than two (2) persons per bedroom and one (1) person per den (total of 5 people).
Renters must notify the Board ten (10) days in advance if they wish to have a party using the common areas. Parties in common areas and units are limited to 8 people.
At least one adult (18 years or older) must be in charge of the unit.
Units may not be subleased.
Parking
Vehicles must be parked in the space assigned to the unit.
Guests must park in designated âguestâ spaces only.
Boats, campers, motor homes are not permitted to be parked overnight.
Pool
All renters must observe hours and rules posted in pool area.
No Glass containers are permitted in the pool area (aluminum cans or plastic cups only).
Place umbrella in the âclosedâ position before leaving the pool area.
Please wash sand from your feet/shoes at the foot shower when entering the pool area from the beach.
No infants permitted in the pool without approved âswim diapersâ on.
During turtle nesting season, May through October, please observe rules posted in pool area.
General
No towels, swimsuits, etc. are allowed to be hung on balcony railings.
No skateboarding or rollerblading allowed on Pier House property (pool, hallways, parking area, etc.).
Only electric grills may be used on balconies.
Personal items (floats, rafts, towels, etc.), cannot be left in common areas, including the area outside the front door of the rental unit. These items should be stored in the unit or designated storage area.
Garbage should be bagged/tied securely and dropped in the chutes next to the elevators.
Grocery carts should be returned to stairwell immediately after use.
Security
Please lock all gates and doors to common area after passing through. Do not prop open gates/doors at any time.
Do not open stairwell doors or provide elevator access to unknown persons or delivery people. Please advise such persons to call the unit they are visiting through the ground floor call boxes.
Do not allow unknown persons access to the pool area.
Pets
No pets are allowed

-Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.
-Only confirmed guests are allowed in the condo. Max occupancy: 2 people per bedroom, 1 person per den (5 total).
-Pets are not allowed in this condo for any reason.
-Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.
-While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous.
-Please use your assigned parking space. No overnight parking for boats, campers, or RVs.
-Please follow all posted Pool Hours and Rules. No glass containers (use aluminum or plastic)/Wash sand off at foot showers before entering/Close umbrellas when leaving/Swim diapers required for infants/Follow turtle nesting season rules (MayâOctober).
-Please lock all gates/doors after passing through. Donât allow unknown people access to the building or pool.
-No hanging towels/clothes on balcony railings.
-Only electric grills allowed on balconies.
-Store personal items (floats, towels, etc.) inside your unit.
-Securely bag garbage and use chute by the elevators.
-Return carts to stairwells immediately after use.
-Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am.
