Canmore is growing quickly, and with growth in such a beautiful part of the world comes an increase in visitors—especially when it comes to parking. If you’re travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

You’ll find a few options for parking in Canmore:
Limited Free Street Parking – Available on a first-come, first-served basis in some areas.
Paid Parking Lots – Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates.
Standard-Sized Stalls – Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks.
Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through the end of September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.

The condo definitely met our needs and being dog friendly was great for us. The parking situation was disappointing and we ended up with 2 parking tickets of 150.00 each because we didn't do the scanning thing soon enough.

Relaxing with Lots of Pool Time

Our stay was great! Love that the unit has direct access to the pool on one side and direct to the street on the other side. The pool was amazing - so great to enjoy a heated pool in the cooler months. The beds were super comfortable and the unit was very clean. We will be back for sure!

Our favourite place to stay in Canmore. Love the year-round outdoor pool and hot tub. Unit was well stocked with kitchen essentials. Would absolutely return.

Wonderfully cozy stay at the Mystic Lodge

We had a fantastic visit to Canmore. Our suite was lovely. Cozy and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Canmore is a great location for a visit to Banff and the adjacent national parks. The town is beautiful with plenty of shopping (including grocery stores) and restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well laid out for a family of four with a master bedroom and en suite bathroom and then another bedroom with two beds adjacent to a bathroom with a tub. The hosts provide much of what you need for a relaxing stay, although it's short on bath towels (only one in the master bath) so I had to use a pool towel for showering. The drawbacks to this property is it is much smaller than it looks in the pictures and it has a real "fish bowl" feeling and you have to keep the curtains drawn unless you want people from the street or at the pool watching you. The price is also very steep for the size (think beach condo in peak season), but that is to be expected in such a beautiful area. All in all, this is probably one of the better properties available in Canmore as the pool and hot tub were very nice, the location was great, and all of the things provided (except for towels) were nice.

Cedar Ridge Condo

We have stayed with Little Sisters Getaways quite a few times now and the service received has always been exceptional. The Cedar Ridge condo is a great spot, close to the pool area and walking distance to the town of Canmore. The condo is very relaxing, comfortable and has all the comforts of being at home. A wonderful place to host a small working retreat! Everyrhing, including the furniture and small provisions like shampoo and bath robes, felt like we were in a real home. Comfy, clean, and perfect location for getting everywhere else on foot!

Condo is located in Canmore, which is much less busy than Banff and a close drive, so it's very convenient. The communication from the property management company was excellent. There was an issue with the pool where a glass panel was broken so the pool had to be drained and cleaned. It was closed for a good portion of our stay so we were unable to use it. In general, the property was functional. It was surprisingly quiet considering how many units there are. It is quite small but suited our needs as a family of four and the fact that we didn't spend a lot of time there. It has clearly seen lots of wear and tear though and could use some routine maintenance/upkeep. The rugs on the main floor are badly stained and need to be replaced. I didn't feel comfortable walking around without socks. The bathroom floors/shower has soap scum buildup and a lot of hair around the edges. You get a better rate in Canmore since it's about 15 minutes from Banff but I feel the condo was a little over priced based on the age and the fact that it needs upkeep.
