This charming one-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise over St. Andrew's State Park.

The resort features three swimming pools, including one that is heated, a tennis court, pickleball and a fitness center. The condo has been fully updated and includes a modern kitchen equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while listening to the calming sound of the ocean waves.

In the bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed. The living room offers generous seating with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV with cable access. The bathroom features a shower and provides dual access from both the living room and the bedroom. A laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor near the elevators.
