Beautiful Townhomes Downtown Grace Bay
Just minutes to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops! Our 2-bedroom townhome is located in the heart of Grace Bay (right next to the Salt Mills Shopping Plaza).
The main floor offers open concept kitchen, dining and living room with sleeper sofa and smart tv. The living room opens up to the back patio with courtyard access, dining seating for 6 and personal BBQ. The patio allows easy access to the pool and outdoor lounge spaces and beautiful gardens the courtyard has to offer.
The second level has both bedrooms and a full (tub/shower combo) bathroom and 2 additional outdoor spaces. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and balcony over looking the courtyard perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or working remote. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds perfect for families. These beds can also be combined to create a king bed making it also great for 2 couples. The second balcony is off the hall at top of the stairs. It overlooks the parking lot and has a drying rack perfect for hanging out beach attire after a full day at one of the worlds best beaches.
