Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you noting the home’s cleanliness, comfort, and convenient Abbey Springs location. Since your stay, we have performed maintenance on the doors and inspected the golf cart to ensure proper function. For clarity to future guests: as the merchant of record, we are required to verify guest identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Access information is always sent 72 hours prior to arrival for security reasons, though we are always happy to answer any other questions at any time. Our listing also notes that we provide smart TVs (not cable) where guests may log into their preferred apps, including their own cable provider if desired. As for being told to “take it or leave,” we offered the option of a refunded early departure after we received messages that raised concern about our team’s safety. We love supporting our guests and would have been glad to assist further in person - even purchasing a subscription if needed - but the safety of our guests, staff, and properties will always take priority.
