Abbey Villa condo avec nouvelle cuisine et tous les nouveaux appareils. Ce condo est dans un endroit calme du complexe donnant sur l'espace ouvert et la piscine. C'est une promenade facile à la plage, au lac et aux locations de sports nautiques. Ce condo a deux chambres / deux salles de bains avec un lit king et deux jumeaux. Il y a aussi un grand canapé-lit. Il y a un grand écran TV HD, wifi, lave-vaisselle, four, cuisinière, micro-ondes avec laveuse et sécheuse. Entièrement meublé avec un ensemble complet d'ustensiles de cuisine. Patio avec grill, table et chaises pour manger en plein air. Cette unité est une propriété privée et ne fait pas partie de The Abbey Resort. Vous bénéficierez de 6 passes sur la plage de Fontana pour un accès gratuit à la plage pendant votre séjour. Les villas ont également leur propre piscine extérieure privée. S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres serviettes de plage car ils ne sont pas fournis.

Great place in Fontana

We really enjoyed our stay in Fontana. The villa was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. The property manager is exceptional. She had great communication and really works hard to make sure your stay is great. The Abbey Villas are in a great location too. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and the beach. The town of Walworth is a short drive and has a great grocery store.

Perfect Location

Beautiful condo in the perfect location for our needs. We did not plan on using the kitchen so I can’t speak to the pots and pans but there were wine glasses so we were all set! We have a wonderful time.

When we booked this last summer we saw that there was a grill located on the balcony. This was important to our family because due to food allergies we are limited to dining in restaurants. Upon arrival we noticed there was a propane tank left behind along with a fire extinguisher on the deck. We were told that renters on the 2nd floor were not allowed to have a grill. Looking at all the properties in that circle of villas we noticed many of the units had a grill available. Very disappointed and would not recommend this rental. Also on the day of departure the cleaning person walked into the condo at 9am and the check out time was 10am. She did come back an hour later.

Loved everything about this place!

We stayed here for a family wedding at The Abbey Resort and it was perfect. We didn't need a car all weekend as there was so much to do within walking distance. The condo was clean and super comfortable and the use of the outdoor pool was a big bonus! Check-in and check-out instructions/communications was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing and Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay. The unit was very clean and the whole complex was well maintained and quiet. The place was even better in person than the pictures. The property manager, Cherie, was very nice and super prompt in all responses/communications. She even let us check in a little early since we got into town ahead of schedule. Bonus was access to the complex pool which was never busy while we were there. We all said we would stay at this place again if we ever were in the area.

Perfect family stay!

We travelled to Fontana for a weekend for a family wedding, and this was the perfect home base for our group. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the key-code entry made it very easy. This is a good location for accessing various activities around Fontana, and there is also a large grocery store <5 minutes away.

Good for what we needed

Everything went well with check in. The property had a leak from the ceiling that was dripping by a light fixture which was concerning and annoying. All in all it served our purposes well.

Great Condo

We stayed in this condo for 5 days for a short family getaway. The condo was exactly as described, was very clean and comfortable. Although we did very little cooking, it was stocked with everything necessary. The location is perfect - close to the lake, restaurants and town of Lake Geneva. The passes to the beach were a bonus! I will definitely rent here again!
