Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Cette belle unité réside sur plus de 500 pieds de biens immobiliers de premier ordre dans le lac Érié. Il n'y a pas d'autres locations sur Put-in-Bay avec une vue aussi impressionnante et vaste. Juste un mile du centre-ville. Il y a deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Les clients peuvent accéder à l'appartement par le biais d'une serrure à code. C'est très pratique, car les clés sont éliminées de l'équation. Une fois à l'intérieur, la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger combinés sont les premiers rencontrés. Le plan d'étage ouvert, complet avec îlot de cuisine, rend cette unité excellente pour se divertir. Ces zones ont un sol en carreaux de céramique; idéal pour le nettoyage facile. La cuisine est capable de satisfaire le cuisinier de votre groupe. Préparez un copieux petit-déjeuner ou un délicieux dîner tout en économisant de l'argent pendant vos vacances. En dehors de cette unité est un patio de brique avec barbecue au propane et une piscine au bord du lac.

Flawless communication system. Someone was always available if we had any questions and we didn't have to go through an automatic answering machine service. We didn’t bring our own towels and sheets so we had to pay $100 extra to get some from the condo management which we found an inconvenience but besides that the listing was exactly what we described

Beautiful & clean condo

Condo was very nice & had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The living room space and kitchen were a nice size and area to socialize. The full size fridge and ice maker were nice for all our needs. We had no trouble getting in our room and great communication with the property owners. The pool and pool area were great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at!

Shout out to Bobby who works on the property. Super nice guy! Helped with restaurant suggestions and got our door fixed. Folks I talked with on the phone were all nice and helpful as well.

Not clean at all! Multiple things in condo were broken. Extremely overpriced. I have stayed at condos in Florida for less on the beach.

30th Anniversary getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condos were nice, but worn for being new. We would not recommend staying on the bottom floor. The guests staying above us moved furnishings across the floor most of the night, very frustrating. The pool is beautiful and the chairs are very nice by the pool. The surroundings are nice, but the lake side is for viewing only.

My only complaint is that when we checked in, there was no toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, or towels. Also, there were strange business cards scattered at the entrance. The on site staff fixed this all within an hour. Also, the pull out coach would not back into the couch. Became very frustrating when trying to use the couch.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had 6 of the 8 Condos from 7/26-7/30. Liked the location, quiet and away from downtown, on the water with pier, overall decent pool basically to ourselves and nice outdoor patio area and lawn space for family games.Was very upset that a group of local workers came down to the beach/pier one evening for a 'work party and campfire'. We were told they had permission and this was their 4th year at this location. Our family/group was very uncomfortable with this and I expressed our displeasure. We actually cooked s'mores on our grills as we were told campfires were not allowed and yet this group of strangers utilized the property/pier that we were paying for, and had a fire. There were no problems that occurred from the group and the 2 guys that I spoke with were very nice, but still this should not have been allowed.
