Featuring 100ft of waterfront property, stunning views of the lagoon, private sandy beach and ramp. The spacious backyard also has a fire pit, charcoal smoker/bbq, and seating area.

The lagoon is the ideal spot for kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, fishing and crabbing. (Paddle boards and kayaks are included). We have a map included in our welcome book of what locals call the "fox trail", a beautiful creek trail with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature only accessible by kayaks.

4 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 full-pull out couch and a daybed in the living room. 2.5 bathrooms with a bathtub, finished walk out basement with a Gameroom and a 3rd floor loft gym.

The Gameroom includes a PS4 with a VR headset, foosball/multi game table, and various board and outdoor games. Ther are 4 smart TV's on the property.
