Mallets Bay Ranch

Located in the heart of Mallets Bay, less than 5 minute drive to local marinas and beaches and a short drive to local restaurants. Two nearby parks that include a variety of sports. Less than 15 minute drive to downtown Burlington and surrounding cities. Bike path just up the road that can take you to Burlington or Colchester Causeway!

You can find your group unwinding in this quiet and spacious 3 bedroom house that is packed with all the essentials to feel right at home.

4 beds to share enough sleeping room for up to 6 people.

The King room has a ceiling fan, 1 king bed (linens provided) with two bedside tables and lamps. Includes a dresser and a large closet (with hangers) to place all your belongings. Tall standing mirror in the corner. Also to include in this room is a 32” smart TV to be able to log into your favorite streaming services. Two extra pillows are located in the closet if needed.

The Queen room has a ceiling fan, 1 queen bed (linens provided) with two bedside tables and lamps. Includes a dresser and larger closet (with hangers) to place all your belongings. Tall standing mirror in the corner. Also includes a 32” smart TV to be able to log into your favorite streaming services.

The Twin room has a ceiling fan, 2 twin beds (linens provided) with one shared bedside table and lamp. Includes a dresser and large closet (with hangers) to place all your belongings.

The Living room has a ceiling fan, comfy recliner and large comfy sectional couch that overviews the 65” Smart TV to be able to watch all your favorite shows via streaming services. Equipped with a sleek glass coffee table atop an area rug, and a side table with a lamp and charging ports. Large picture window that provides natural lighting and overlooks the front deck.

The Kitchen that is immediately to the left of the living room has plenty of counter space to put on a cozy meal. Packed with all the simple essentials to provide a delicious spread. Coffee “bar” located to the left of the sink includes a Keurig machine that can use k-cups or coffee grounds (k-cups provided) and an electric kettle (black and decaf tea provided). Stainless steel appliances, full size fridge, dishwasher, over the range microwave and a gas range and oven to provide that fast, efficient cooking. Small window above sink that overlooks the wooded area.

The Dining room is located just adjacent to the living room that provides plenty of room for 6 full adults. The table leafs out to a large square, the leaf is located in the table and “butterflies” out and has snap closures underneath the table to hold it closed. Extra provided placemats can be found in the cabinet next to the microwave in the kitchen. Has a ceiling fan. Two double hung windows that look out towards the woods; if you look close enough you might find some deer or turkeys!

The Full Bath is located right outside of the bedrooms. Equipped with a deep tub/shower, toilet and vanity. Linens are provided in the bathroom and extras in the hallway linen closet.

The 3/4 Bath is located right behind the kitchen, shower stall only with toilet and vanity. Linens are provided in the bathroom and extras in the hallway linen closet located near the Full bath.

The Laundry is located right outside of the 3/4 bath. Provided are a full size washer and electric dryer (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided).

The garage is unfortunately not for guest use and will be locked off from entry. A small utility closet located between the kitchen and dining room, holds simple household cleaning items such as a broom and vacuum available for use.

The Front Porch has a small table with two chairs to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The whole large yard is available for use and to the left of the house includes a small fire pit. (Fire wood not provided).
