Welcome to our stunning 2.5-bedroom condominium, perfectly positioned along 30A. With designer interiors and the latest amenities, this recently renovated retreat is ideal for your next vacation getaway!

For your entertainment, enjoy the addition of state-of-the-art Sonos sound systems and Samsung Frame TVs (and a brand new air conditioning in June 2026), creating an immersive experience for movie nights and relaxing evenings in.

The spacious porch invites you to unwind with Adirondack seating for six, or dine al fresco at the screened-in porch table, also accommodating six. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent (right across the street from the Watercolor Inn pool and beach access). The place was exactly as described, and had more than enough space for the four of us. The outdoor living space was lovely and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Watercolor!

Wonderful Condo!

We loved Nathan's condo! It was so close to Watercolor Inn, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the extra touches such as the sound machines in each room. Nathan quickly responded to any questions I had and helped with a lot of newbie questions since this was our first trip to 30A. Will definitely be back!

Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The perfect location - so close to the Watercolor Beach Resort, beach access, food, and shopping. A very short walk down to Seaside. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy! Immediately felt like home to us. Easy check in & out process. The host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for a family holiday

Exceptionally clean, wonderful location and easy communication with the management company for anything you should need. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). Highly recommend Scratch, the breakfast spot just down the block!

Now, years later, we get to live that dream and share our favorite place in the country with fellow vacationers like you. It’s truly special to watch others discover the same magic here that we’ve cherished for so long.

WaterColor has always felt like home to us, and we love how it combines natural beauty with so many fun activities. Whether it’s paddling on Western Lake or biking through the scenic trails, every corner of this community holds a memory. Now, when we see our guests creating their own memories—whether relaxing on the beach, enjoying Camp WaterColor, or gathering for a meal at FOOW—it’s a reminder of just how special this place is. We hope you feel the same connection to WaterColor that we’ve had since childhood!
