Absolutely loved our stay in Watercolor! This condo was in a perfect location and was the perfect size for us. Bed was very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the most part. Only suggestion is that it needs a good cleaning.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent (right across the street from the Watercolor Inn pool and beach access). The place was exactly as described, and had more than enough space for the four of us. The outdoor living space was lovely and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Watercolor!

The favorite place we have stayed on 30A in the 7 trips we have made over the past 5 years. With young kids, the amenities in Watercolor were wonderful - pools, slides, playgrounds, trolly, beach access with towels, food/drinks at all pools, etc. The condo was perfect - the perfect location, patio, layout. It was comfortable, spacious and easy. We rode bikes, walked or used the trolly to get everywhere. Hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Condo!

We loved Nathan's condo! It was so close to Watercolor Inn, spacious and nicely decorated. We loved the extra touches such as the sound machines in each room. Nathan quickly responded to any questions I had and helped with a lot of newbie questions since this was our first trip to 30A. Will definitely be back!

We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. While the location was convenient, several issues made the stay disappointing. The host was very difficult to communicate with, delayed in his responses and at times came across rude and angry as if I was bothering him. The unit was not as clean as shown. There were visible stains on all the furniture, bedding, linens, cushions for outdoor chairs and the bathrooms were not clean. Wristbands, which are needed for the amenities, were not left in our unit by our host we had to fetch them 3 days into our stay due to the holiday.Check out was at 10:00am and our unit locked us out at 9:00am as we were loading our car. Thankfully someone was still in the unit.Given the price and description we expected a better experience.

Highly Recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The perfect location - so close to the Watercolor Beach Resort, beach access, food, and shopping. A very short walk down to Seaside. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy! Immediately felt like home to us. Easy check in & out process. The host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend - we will definitely be back!!

Perfect location for a family holiday

Exceptionally clean, wonderful location and easy communication with the management company for anything you should need. We would definitely stay again. It was a 2 min walk to the beach, beach club and several shops. We also biked a lot which the kids and adults all enjoyed (note the property comes with 2 bikes, not 4 as listed but we just walked to the bike barn down the street for additional ones). Highly recommend Scratch, the breakfast spot just down the block!

This home was the perfect choice for our family vacation to watercolor! I did a lot of research before our trip on where to stay, not being familiar with the area I was torn between staying walking distance to the beach or closer to camp water color. We 100% made the right call staying in this condo walking distance to the beach. The location was perfect, the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids ages 2-9) walked to the beach almost every day which was a quick 5 minute walk. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella, and had a stroller that was easy enough to roll right to the beach through the beach access attached to the pool. There was lots of little shops and places to eat within walking/ biking distance also. A big bonus was being a 10 minute walk to seaside! The watercolor trolly could pick you right up at the condo and bring you to camp watercolor and drop you back off on your schedule, so in my opinion that made it worth staying closer to the beach. The condo itself was a great setup for our family. Our boys loved the bunk room and my daughters really loved their room with huge bed (we rented a crib and that fit in the room as well) with attached bathroom. The primary was great, lots of storage for clothes and very spacious. We really loved all the decor throughout the condo and thought all the furniture was really great too- especially the large sectional! We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Nathan was always very responsive before and during our trip!
