A flagstone loggia welcomes you to a lush, secluded garden featuring an al fresco dining area reminiscent of the legendary Chateau Marmont.
Inside, vaulted beamed ceilings amplify the grandeur of the main level, while an abundance of windows seamlessly integrates the enchanting outdoor landscape with the interior. Ascend the original balustrade to find the light-drenched master suite, complete with a glass-enclosed shower and an oversized soaking tub for spa-like relaxation.
Thoughtfully updated with 21st-century enhancements, this residence boasts a comprehensive whole-home water filtration system, alkaline drinking water, an automated saltwater pool and spa, advanced security cameras, and a Sonos surround sound system. Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent, or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hoursâ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Regular showings are scheduled every Sunday and Tuesday. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time whenever possible.
Please Note:
- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hoursâ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.
- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.
