Explore nearby attractions such as the Dallas Museum of Art, Klyde Warren Park, and the Dallas World Aquarium. With easy access to major highways and public transportation, getting around Dallas is a breeze.

License plate: In order to enhance the security and organization of our premises, we require all guests to provide the license plate number of their vehicle upon check-in. This information will help us ensure that parking spaces are properly allocated and that only registered vehicles are parked on our premises.

Parking: Please note that there's only one assigned parking space per apartment. It is available for your convenience, but please note that it is uncovered.

✔This is a non-smoking apartment.
✔Parties and events are not permitted.
✔The apartment is located on the first floor.
✔Please note only one car parking is provided, and we register the cars to avoid towing.
✔We provide dish washer pods, but we do not provide laundry soap.
✔Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.
✔Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($100 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
✔Due to the prime location, there may be noise during the day; we provide a white noise machine and earplugs for guest convenience.

Other things to note
Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
