Ceci est un 1500 sf toute la maison de saisons situé en face de la Winery Anyela sur le côté ouest de Skaneateles Lake. La maison et la grande terrasse sont situées près du bord de l'eau, à l'extrême ouest du sud du Skaneateles Country Club. Cette propriété offre une vue sur le lac du Nord à l'extrémité sud du lac.

Profitez de la plage et du quai au bord du lac.

Les travaux de rénovation intérieure et les nouveaux meubles ont été achevés en juin 2016.

Perfect parent get away!

It is a great location for Syracuse events and for spending quality time with family. It offers beautiful lake access and is close to fine dining in Skaneateles.

Girl’s Lake Trip!

We loved this home! So well appointed in every room you walked into, especially the kitchen! So very, very clean and thoughtful amenities! The views were outstanding. So close to town and the local winery! Can’t wait to go back!

Lake getaway weekend

Amazing home. Beautiful lake front location . Impeccably clean. Recently updated. House was really comfortable for my family. We enjoyed the outdoor decks and the views from the entire living area. Home was fully supplied with everything we needed! Anne and her daughter went out of their way to make our stay extra special. It was Easter weekend and they took the time to leave a vase of fresh tulips.

Lovely House on the Lake

Lovely house, inside and out, right on the lake and not far from town, with everything you could need. It was perfect for a family/friends getaway. The host/owner was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the area that made our stay more enjoyable.

Amazing lake house

Property is just as pictured and described. Lovely accommodations with fresh linens and super clean kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location and lake frontage. Owners were accommodating and responsive, highly recommend! Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed ourselves with the stay very much.

We enjoyed ourselves with the stay at the house very much. It was so wonderful and beautiful. And Mrs ANNE LEE is so kind and wonderful. After visiting Metropolitan opera etc from Japan, we visited the house by renta-car. The house and the lake are so nice and so wonderful. And the winery near the house is also wonderful.

Beautiful view in a lovely place

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean, the view was stunning and the area was nice and quiet. We had a delicious meal at some of the restaurants the host recommended (Rosalie’s and The Elephant and the Dove), enjoyed the town and shops of Skanteayeles, enjoyed wine from Anyela’s vineyard and pastries from the Pattiserie. We found Anne to be a sweet and thoughtful host who was always quick to communicate. Thank you for such a nice visit.

Perfect!

Stunningly beautiful, modern lakefront home. Well appointed, comfortable beds, and a great layout. Too late in the season to take advantage of the lake, but it would be perfect in the warmer months to swim, fish off the dock and do all kinds of water sports. Anne is the most wonderful host who's communication was excellent and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Will definitely stay again!

Great getaway!

This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the lake. It has a large deck, patio, and a sitting area and dock at the water's edge. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious with large windows overlooking the water and property. Anne, the host, is very friendly and easy to communicate with, offering many suggestions of places to see and things to do in the area. The nearby town is very charming and just a short ride away. Nice shops, parks and restaurants. A very lovely area. A great place for a relaxing getaway! Hope to come back again.

Lovely weekend away

Anne’s beautiful place provided the perfect winter weekend away with our friends. The home was spotless with lots of space to relax. The glass doors provide an amazing view of the lake. The home has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the rooms allow for plenty of privacy for two couples. Anne quickly responded to our questions and checking into the rental was very easy. The garage for your car was a plus! We highly recommend this rental property.

Lovely quaint home, beautiful setting and perfect for my family!

We absolutely loved our stay. The photos presented on VRBO were shockingly accurate which is something I find rare these days! The home is very spacious and filled with light and perfect views of Skaneateles Lake. It’s very quaint and charming while also offering modern amenities through a recent renovation. They did a wonderful job of making us feel at home and were available with any questions we had during our stay. It was perfect for our family of 6 which included 2 elderly grandparents. The home is all one level which made it very user-friendly for them. We will definitely be going back! Thank you!

Loved the Lake

We loved Anne’s place at Skaneateles Lake. The only thing better than looking out a wall of windows and seeing only the lake, is laying in a comfy bed listening to the gently lapping waves on the beach right outside your window. This is a truly lovely house. It has everything you need, is impeccably clean (and I have a high standard for clean), is close to town, but far enough away to be relaxing. Anne was very responsive and helpful, check in was a breeze… and FRESH TULIPS on the table! We had zero criticisms or concerns. Plan to be back again for sure. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful Lake Location

This lake house was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The main living space was very bright and has a full view of the lake from the entire floor. 2 of 3 bedrooms have a lake view and are spacious and the third smaller bedroom was nice. The kitchen was modern and had everything a cook needs- very well stocked. The outdoor space was great. Nice big deck, fire pit with chairs and an outdoor table with chairs. We stayed in April when the weather was not conducive to swimming or boating but the sunrises were spectacular! We did get a chance to sit out on the deck and it was just lovely. Nice washer and dryer too. If we ever come back to Skaneateles, we will stay here!

Cozy spot for a winter weekend

This was a wonderful, cozy, and relaxing spot to get together with old friends. Our adult disabled daughter joined us, and the single floor layout worked perfectly for her. The place was spotless and inviting. The main living space is open, with a beautiful view of the lake whether one is cooking dinner, sitting by the fireplace, eating at one of the two tables, or watching tv. Wifi worked great. The bed in our room (not the master) looked small for my 6'3" husband, but it turned out to be so comfortable it wasn't a problem. The home was incredibly well provisioned with kitchen and cleaning supplies. I loved finding warm blankets in a chest in the living room, a nice touch in winter. It rained both of the full days we were there, but a large covered porch deck enabled us to get outside and enjoy the sounds of the waves lapping on shore. Anne was very responsive and helpful, really making us feel welcome. Thanks Anne!

Highly recommend! Beautiful property and amazing host!

My husband, myself and our 4 sons ages 2-12 just returned today from a 1 week stay at Ann Lee and David's lake front home. We often stay at 4-5 start resorts. Due to Covid we did not feel comfortable doing that this summer season. David and Anne's home exceeded all of our expectations. The host's were hospitable, the home was extremely comfortable, and the level 100' private beach was perfect for our children. We rented a boat from Owasco Marina for the week, which made the trip even more exciting and memorable! We spent our mornings paddle boarding, kayaking, jumping off the dock....and afternoons boating. It was the perfect lake trip. My only 2 suggestions are the following; a simple latch lock on the basement door would be helpful with young children AND house numbers. We typically order items to be delivered to whatever home or hotel we are staying at. Since the home is unmarked, Amazon was unable to make our deliveries. Overall our trip was fantastic! I would 1000% stay here again!! My family and I are looking forward to returning. Thanks again Anne and David!!

We are longtime residents of Skaneateles and truly appreciate this great community and stunning lake. We own two other vacation rentals in Cape Cod MA and enjoy sharing these properties with others.

This is a great house in an exceptional location. Since Skaneateles Lake is a glacial lake much of the shore has a steep drop to the water. This house has a small cove and level beach great for sunbathing and wading.
